Here's what I posted:…read more Hands You Demand was the fourth company that I contacted for an estimate to remodel a rental unit. Tee arrived on time and told me that he really wanted my business after reviewing what needed to be done. He promised me a proposal on Monday and got it to me Sunday night with a follow up call on Monday to answer any questions. Tee and HYD are the epitome of under promise and over deliver which is rare in their line of business. The project went seamlessly and Tee was always responsive to any questions I had. I can truly say it was delightful experience working with HYD and I will use them again. They also gave me a great price.

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Handyman of Sandy Springs, and Nate was absolutely…read moreoutstanding. He handled a variety of projects throughout the house, including replacing and adjusting the magnets on our kitchen cabinets, repairing a damaged cover on the trash cabinet, installing security cameras around the house, cleaning and repainting the bathroom, and replacing the attic door cover. Nate was professional, patient, meticulous, and incredibly respectful of our home. What impressed me most was how careful he was with every detail. He left every workspace immaculate -- genuinely spotless -- and still apologized in case there was a tiny bit of chipped paint or dust he might have missed. There wasn't. It's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and treats your home as carefully as if it were their own. Nate was amazing from start to finish, and I would absolutely request him again. Highly recommend Mr. Handyman, and especially Nate. Five stars without hesitation.

We moved into a new (for us) house last August. K&D did several small and larger jobs that included…read moredesigning and building out a screen porch on our existing deck and cover. The job was done in a timely fashion and for a great price. To show the concern that they have for their work...the door to the screen porch was an off the shelf door and it began to fall apart soon after installation. Kham hand-built a new door and it has worked perfectly since installation. We had purchased materials for a series of pantry shelves and DJ and one of his crew knocked it out in a few hours. It looks great and functions perfectly. We decided to replace the tile in the second, tiny bathroom. The floor went down without a hitch but we hated the old, broken soap and toothbrush holders above the sink. Tuan talked with my wife and he figured out how to carefully remove the soap and toothbrush holders and replace them with two of the floor tiles. It looks amazing and looks like it has always been there! Every project got the same attention and great work.
