I purchased a living social deal for a 1 hour photography session. I followed directions and tried…read moreto contact through the business' website. I had to email twice before I got a response. I went back and forth with this guy too many times to count. I repeatedly told him dates I was available and I would get back an email a week or so later saying he could do such and such day at such and such time. It was all week days in the middle of the day even though I explained multiple times that I work during the week and am only available on the weekend. This went on for approximately 2 months trying to set an appointment with him. I even told him my deal was about to expire. I finally asked for a refund but he said since my deal wasn't expired, I would need to go through living social (even after I told him it was expired). In the same email he apologized and offered me a free photo shoot. I responded to him but of course have never heard anything back and it's been at least a month now. I had to get living social involved. I reported him and eventually got a refund directly from living social. This guy has wonderful photos on his website and clearly does good work. The complete lack of professionalism was just astounding though. I cannot believe someone would offer a living social deal to try and expand their business and be this unprofessional. I'm sorry to say that even though his photographs are beautiful, I would not recommend his business to anyone.
