Arthur did his best but the carrier is not the best for business travel. I have repeatedly…read morereached out to this company for help as I was recently hospitalized dealing with a very serious health issue and will no longer be able to attend EDC Las Vegas festival. After multiple attempts explaining my situation and even offering to provide documentation from my surgeon and hospital I finally received a response that they had a non-refundable cancellation policy and that I would lose out on my purchase. I paid over $350 for the shuttle pass itself and I feel it is not fair for them to just take my money considering my circumstances and not offer any alternative. They said that the deadline for any requests for resale, roll over, or payment plan modifications must be submitted to them 30 days prior to the event and the event is this weekend. Obviously the timing and this health issue is out of my control. Anyone who decides to use this company's services please run away and think twice before you do as this is a very bad business practice and they clearly don't work with their clients for any emergency situations. I will never be using this company's services or recommending them to anyone that I know. Once again you have been warned.

I called them and the agent said I signed for them and signed all these documents and he practically yelled at me over the phone. Now I have this big fat charge on my credit card!
