Anyways, desperate and in a ton of pain, I reached out to Susan. I had never done acupuncture before and don't know how it works at all... Susan's warmth and intelligence helped me welcome the fact that I'd willingly be letting her stab me with tons of little needles... but more on that later. Just from watching me walk and placing her hands around my back, she identified the pain points, inflammation points, and also that I've been having shoulder pain for a while, without me mentioning that at all. After an hour long session of cupping and acupuncture, I left feeling a bit sore. But the next morning I felt great, able to get out of bed with considerably less pain and more range of movement. I've since been back 2 times and have been getting better everyday. I believe Susan is trustworthy, honest, and highly talented when it comes to human anatomy. And I am now a believer in acupuncture as a natural path to healing.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Allea was different. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to really understand my history, symptoms, and goals. She explained everything in such clear, detailed ways that I finally felt like I understood what was going on with my body and how to truly start healing. Even after just a few sessions, I'm already noticing real improvements. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful about my recovery. IC issues and pelvic pain are what led me to try pelvic floor therapy. However, after dealing with insurance company limitations and/or inexperienced 'pelvic floor' therapists, I met with Dr. Mallorie. The first meeting I had with her, I knew it would be different. Having an entire hour to work with her was such a contrast to the 20 mins I spent with other providers, only to be sent off with PTAs for the rest of the session. I learned so much about the pelvic floor muscles and the impact it can have on the rest of the body. As well as core activation, breathing and cycle tracking, just to name a few. When I told her I wanted to try to conceive, we shifted gears a bit. I remember one visit, I felt like I had a mini-therapy/EMDR session. She was simply asking questions which led to an emotional release. I started feeling confident about conceiving. With her help in learning how to track my cycle, I became pregnant in the second month of trying. She supported me throughout my entire pregnancy. I chose to have a homebirth, and we found which labor breathing and birthing positions would work best for me. After birthing my baby, I unfortunately was hit with Postpartum Anxiety and Depression. I remember her kindness during those difficult times. She always made me feel hopeful when I left her office. She's supportive of partners coming in to be part of the team. My husband came in for a couple of sessions, and she taught him a few PT techniques to help with some of my issues. I would say her knowledge of herbal medicine and nutrition set her apart from many. I would joke with her that she was also my functional medicine doctor too. What a blessing it has been to know her. She is a beautiful human being and will always hold a special place in my Heart. Dr. Mallorie truly cares for her patients. Please do not hesitate to reach out to book a consultation with her. May God bless you in your healing journey.

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO CHRISTINA! OH MY GOODNESS WE FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!…read more I decided to surprise my girlfriend as one of her birthday presents so I scheduled an appointment with Magnolia wellness! I've heard such great things and we've also never had cupping done before. Funny enough three days ago she was like oh I wanna go do some cupping. I put on my grinch grin face inside my head as little did she know I already planned this out for her. It's kinda hard to find, but you'll have to look for G which is all the way in the back so make sure you drive around and it's on the first floor. From the moment that we got in everyone so positive energy and loving, we felt very much at home. It's a small and quaint little place but full of BIG HEALING ENERGY. We did the cupping, but they're all kinds of different things like massages and acupuncture. Next time, we'll definitely try the acupuncture. Overall, we had such an amazing time and they really made you feel like you were at home with Grandmas care. We'll certainly be back soon!

I also enjoy her lively energy and choice of music. I like the fact that AK Pilates offers Barre and Pound (which is something not very many studios offer).
