Arlin at MK loans has been so helpful over the years and continues to provide great customer service. Her team makes the process easy.

I've been working with Mary since day one, and I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. From the very beginning, she radiated positivity and gave me hope that my student loans could be forgiven. Over the years, Mary and her team stayed committed, guiding me every step of the way and making my loan discharge their mission. This morning, I received the incredible news that my student loans have officially been forgiven and my balance is now $0. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and supportive student loan consultant, I can't recommend Mary and her team enough. They truly changed my life! read more

These places always seem so shady to me. However, one night my wife decided to go out to dinner to relax with the ladies and of course I rolled my eyes and said fine I'll watch the kids. When she came back home she told me a story of some of her friends/colleagues of mine were working with someone name Mary and that they were helping with their student loans. Of course I was skeptical and rolled my eyes again. Then on a long road trip I thought I'll let me give this Mary a call, how bad could it be? My wife and I both have crazy student loan payments and even with all the programs out there it's been unmanageable. Ya ya we knew what we were getting ourselves into but didn't think the interest rates were going to kill us this bad. All the programs like IBR payments, repayee etc all still challenging. Anyways, so I called and left a message on the weekend and they got back to me in a few days. We set up an appointment and met Mary, the owner of MK Loans. She was extremely reassuring and after some bad experiences over the years we gave her a chance to hear her out. In a nutshell she didn't want to over promise but said our loan payments would definitely be reduced. Best case she could get our loans discharged quickly if we get lucky based on a variety of programs out there. I didn't sign right then and there because I wanted to think about it based on the cost of what she was offering. After the visit my wife and I both looked at each other and thought nah this seems impossible but I talked to few people in the program and they were very reassuring. I decided let's make a list of questions and see what Mary says. So we met with her to sign and she answered all questions and our biggest question was what if this doesn't work it's a big waste of money. Her answer was I wouldn't take you on as a client if I wasn't absolutely sure I could help. She was sweet, reassuring and when I met her kids, I was in. We both received letters that our payments have been reduced which was amazing. After waiting a few months (like a few), my wife texts me while I'm a work and says "I got an email saying....your loans have been discharged." HOLY SHIT WHAT JUST HAPPENED!?!? Best case scenario right?!? We called Mary to verify and she confirmed that it was indeed true. My payments are much improved and am grateful to Mary for everything she has helped us with so far and would recommend anyone who is buried in student loan debt to contact her for at least a meeting. Trust me I wasn't even going to bother calling and look at what happened to us. Take a chance. She's the best! -Dr. Foodie :) read more

Mary & her team are amazing! Student loans are no joke & I had so much anxiety looking at my six figure DEBT upon graduating. Thankfully, Mary was able to put me on a 10-year repayment plan + applied for various grants- resulting in me not having to pay my first year post grad AND it'll be counted towards my 10 year repayment! Mary estimated how much I would have to pay once I start paying and thank goodness it'll only a fraction of the price that I had in mind. Overall, I'm very pleased with MK Loan Consultant. Let me start off saying I was the biggest pessimist and non-believer. I was referred to Mary by my cousin and basically forced/set up by family to see her LOL, really. I'm so happy I actually followed through and met her, twice now. Mary, Mary, Mary...what an amazing human being, impressed me on so many levels. So she started off explaining, in detail, different situations, played out different scenarios, really wanted me to understand because she knew how skeptical I was. I'm a PhD know it all and thought I could handle my loan on my own and they must be fraud and whatever it is that they're doing just can't be. Well, I was wrong!!! Lol. I just left her office, signed paperwork, ready to get my loans forgiven. What a great feeling to know you're in good hands. I know bullshit when I hear it, let me tell you, this girl's knowledge blew my mind away. She's an expert in her field! I'll stick to my day job and let her run her expertise to save my financial future. Thank you! Ohh and the office receptionist, sweetheart. She brought out the Armenian coffee for my husband So nice and welcoming. read more

Mary is very honest and straightforward, I went in with my mother to see if she can help us with my student loan. She was very honest, even though she could've easily made my payment 0 due to my financial hardship she advised me it wouldn't be a good idea since once my income raised I would have to pay the interest rate for the whole time I wasn't paying. She did help my mom, since my mom is a parent plus and she is collecting disability she was able to erase the student loan, and since she's not working she gave her a discount. Definitely recommend coming here. read more
