Was referred by a client of mine. She had told me that a lady by the name of isabel would help me get the best deals and best plans. Well let me tell you no one by that name assisted me at first. It was her assistant or secretary that knew nothing of the business. Any question I asked she said with a heavy accent that isabel will call you back. Isabel will answer your questions. ... so finally after a few calls back and forth I finally heard from isabel. Not gonna get into the details anymore but she sounded clueless and gave the impression that she either doesn't have a license or has just gotten her license like yesterday . She definitely knew very little about the products and offered very few products if that. Ok so with time of the essence since health plans were on a cut off date and she pressured me and rushed I sort of quickly made a choice . We finally signed up made payments... and within a month I found out how much isabel had milked me. She had charged nearly double for the premiums, or her fees. I literally got the same plan, switched over to another agent who saved my over 400 dollars a month on the same exact plan. Explain that??!!!!
