I had taken the truck in after running my small computer which said it could be the pump fuel or the pump fuel module. While I waited for a while, I had to go back to work and he said it would take a while to run the diagnostics but that he would call me. Being a military member I can't be away for too long so I said it's fine. He asked me if I was sure it was the pump fuel module and I said that's what the computer told me but if he could run a diagnostics and give me a call and he said sure. He then called me and said he could have the truck fixed by the next day so I said to proceed and just call me when it's ready. Once I picked up the truck I paid around $1800 and not even 15 min after leaving the truck turned off so I called him and he said he hadn't ran a diagnostics and had just changed the pump fuel since that's what I had said I thought was wrong. I didn't want to argue because I just wanted my car fixed so he said to just bring it back and he'll fix it. He ran a diagnostics this time because I brought my husband with me and turned out it was the pump fuel module. He said he was going to order it but it's back ordered and if I could get it that he would replace it. He had one of the workers pull it out of the car and as I watched them all they did was unscrew it and pull it which was less than 5 min. I went online and ordered the piece for $250 and then brought it back the next day, he said to leave it since he was super busy but he would have it done today. When we went to pick the truck up, he had charged me more than what the piece was worth seeing as it was a job that didn't take long to change out and I ordered the piece since he couldn't find it. Went in for a brake job and was told at first $591 for brakes and rotors .. then was told my rotors was okay so then he charged me $352 to change front and back (which is still high) .. quick service but after paying and driving off my brakes are still squeaking and it's been since July, after the first month I brought my jeep back and told him that it's still squeaking, he told me maybe it's your rotors this time.. getting my brakes looked at from another place and was told there was no hardware done and my rotors are old and needed changing!!!! I will NEVER go there again or refer them to anyone I would give 0 stars if i could read more

Service is usually fast and efficient. Had to bring car back once. They fixed it. The owner is the best mechanic.

After I been having issues with my car, I went to few mechanics close by to request for an estimate. Out of the other three mechanics I went to, Mj was the most reasonable and the most honest. I realized that I didn't need to change the whole part; however, he fixed a tiny issue of the part which saved me few hundred dollars. I found a new shop for life! read more

If I've ever met people in business to take advantage of people and rip them off, this is definitely one of them! My wife and I caught a blowout; went to them for help, they didn't have the tire we needed so went to purchase the tire and wanted them to just put the tire on the rim, the guy working the counter told me $75. I said $75 to only put the tire on the rim? He said ok I'll do $60, then I said he'll no he then said I'll do $50! Like wth are you a legitimate business with set prices or are you doing business based on the severity of the the customer's needs? Because not only was it distasteful but it was also unethical and unheard of for a supposedly established tire shop! We didn't even pay $75 for a used tire but u wanna charge that just to put it on the rim! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place! The sad part is once he went down to $50 he huddled up with the other workers I guess telling him the price he gave me, all I see were the other two guys waving me off as if to say oh well we'll get the hell on , one actually said ride on ya rim!! Came in for an oil change. Once oil change was completed and i began to exit the parking lot, i noticed my car making a very loud reving/grinding noise when i would accelerate. Immediately stopped the car in puzzlement and went inside and told the guy what was up. He got into my car and started to accelerate and said it sounded like i was dragging the oil pan or something. He took my car back into the shop and about 2 minutes later came to get me to come see it. The hood was popped, the car was on, and he told me that the noise was coming from my A/C compressor. When my compressor would click on, my car would make a loud grinding noise. I looked at him in shock and basically proclaimed how i didn't understand why when i brought it in my A/C was completely fine...noise-free...and then when i leave the shop it is messed up. He told me that it had nothing to do with them, that they don't touch that area at all, etc. I stood there in disbelief and again was pretty much like how the HECK does this randomly happen? You work on my car and all of a sudden my air compressor is no good? He said yep to that and i went on my way. I was annoyed and suspicious because who wouldn't be? But, after talking with a few "car guys" i learned that indeed it very well was probably a terrible coincidence. MAN i was feeling unlucky! So, my suspicion subsided and my focus switched to getting my damn air compressor fixed. Let's fast forward to 2 days later (air compressor not fixed yet)...first time since the oil change that i am driving fast on the elevated expressway. I am cruising and notice that it sounds like my car is taking a lot more wind than usual. Like, the wind noise was WAY more than what it usually is with windows up. Then, i start to notice that as i go over the little divets that divide the cement blocks on the interstate that i am hearing a scuffing noise from underneath my car. Great. Another problem all of a sudden? Does it have to do with air compressor? Lord, i don't know. Get to my destination, get on the ground and check under the front end of my car, and the large black plastic covering is almost completely falling off the car! This means that when they completed the oil change that they did not put the bolts back into the covering that they had to remove. It was missing 6 bolts!! Again, how can you blame me: my suspicion went from almost non-existent to WAIT hold up now (~50%). In summation, i will never go back here. I will not refer them to anyone and i will tell them the story that you just read. read more

Had lower ball joints fixed and upper arms on ball joints fixed charge me over 1000 told me my credit card was accepted get ready to pay he said we don't honor that card so then I'm stuck as to how I'm gon pay. Then I was told if I didnt pay they would keep my car I then figured I Better use my bill money to pay the bill the owner and the mechanic went into a frenzy walking back and forth as if they were not going to get their money paid the money the mechanic bring my car out pushed on the shift so hard broke the clamp and the next day couldn't move car had to fix that another 200 borrowed to fix by another mechanic due to their negligence will never use again most people who seem nice turn out to be rip offs read more
