They were very attentive to how we wanted the house painted and the results were excellent. Ron and his crew cleaned everything up when finished and just came by today for follow up. We would highly recommend Dye Hard for your painting needs.

The only reason I changed my mind is they are painting a house and garage on 5th st they are being more diligent with this project than they were with moms house Ron when you came back for the final inspection your attitude took the way the owner talked to mom and me-there is many areas didn't get painted and more bubbles came through and NO you will not be getting a call to fix it's done and over and I will tell people it's Gods Truth and also don't send any text to mom I will take that as a threat it's all me the pics will show. I claimed the job wasn't too bad, but she personally came and gave my husband an estimate of 6 hours after that conversation. They discussed what work needed to be done and she told my husband it will be about 6 hours. If there is one person it will be $50/hr and if it is 2 people it will be $100/hr. Either way she told him it would be $300. She came out with another lady and charged us more than double! We were quoted $300 and she charged us $700! 2 people at 7 hrs each. She did not estimate this job for 12 hours or 14 hours! She estimated this job for 6 hours. She did not call us after 3 hours and 2 people working. My husband showed up at 4 hours in and she said it was going well. She did not indicate it would take them an additional 3 hours after he got there. Did they clean the property well, yes, but her estimation skills were way off. Beware, when you get an estimation from this business. When I spoke with her after my husband wrote her the check I was told that she could not assume who was a good communicator and who wasn't. I told her it is her job to communicate with the client when the job will be more than double the estimate given. In the end, she said sorry that I felt like I had a bad experience. She got paid but I am going to warn everyone of my experience.
