First time I called him was to check out my husband's Nissan car battery. Car was not starting and we really hadn't done much with it b/c of that issue. Come to find out Walmart had put the wrong battery in the car. He responded promptly and put a new battery in the car. Charged a service fee which was extremely reasonable b/c he comes to your house or where ever you may be, but that fee goes toward any repairs he makes. Second time was when my newly bought used jeep wrangler was broken down at a gas station. I called and he came right away, it was a wiring issue so we just had it towed by AAA to the place where I bought it so they could fix the issue, before him working on it and charging me. This last time, I took my Subaru in for an oil change and they said I needed new rear brakes, rotors, etc. Thought that was weird since it only had 50000 miles on it and Brett was great. He came and checked it, actually had way more life to the brake pads than what was said to me by the place that said I needed everything done. I'd bought the new brake pads already so he went ahead and replaced them and the rotors were fine as suspected. He was fast, prompt, and was very reasonable with price. He always works with my schedule. It's hard to find a reliable mechanic that you can trust! So happy I made that very first call! He has a customer for life! Thank you!
