After using the bathroom reluctantly and carefully, I decided to sit outside on the bench to wait for my car. The entire staff was focused on the truck in the other bay, and my vehicle just sat there. After another 15 minutes of waiting in the bay (45 minutes total) I had to roll down my window and get someone's attention just to ask them to close my hood because I wanted to leave. To be fair, the employee did apologize and explained they were having trouble with the other truck. My issue is this: your business advertises fast, convenient "10-minute oil changes," not hour-long waits. I understand delays happen, and I don't mind waiting when there's good communication. But I specifically chose Take 5 because of the convenience and speed, especially since your prices are higher than many other places. When the time-saving convenience and professional communication are missing, it turns into a very frustrating and expensive experience.
