It's conveniently located in Downtown Orlando, so perfect for picking up a rush order. Shari answered the phone and helped me with questions I had about placing a printing order for the next day. This order included regular 8.5x11 printing as well as large foam board, full color printing. It was a bit complicated and required some follow-up calls between me and Shari to get the bleeds right, but she was a dream to work with the whole way through. Indicated the earliest I was available was 11:30 am. Attempted to tell me that they could only do it at 8:30, but then later changed it to 10:00 am. Finally agreed to the 11:30 time, but by this time I did not trust their service. Requested a refund of the installation, and was given excuses as to why they could not....Was going to outfit my entire fleet of vehicles with them, but after this experience, I will definitely be going to a different sign location. Employees do not listen to their clients. Business is there to service the needs of the client, not the other way around.

This year, one of the awards was given to a most deserving, sweet, brilliant, and extremely brave team member who is terminally ill. After setting the table with the three awards for the recognition ceremony, one of the awards was accidentally broken. The ceremony was to take place in less than one (1) hour. To make matters worse, it was the award that was to be given to the terminally ill team member. The sister of this awardee was coming to the ceremony to accept the award. I could not give a broken award to the sister of a dying friend and colleague. I just could not do it!! In tears I called Lisa and the One Day Masterpieces team to explain the situation; they dropped everything to help us. Thankfully they had an extra award identical to the one which was broken. One of my teammates immediately went to their shop, and they quickly had it ready for us. The new award was in hand before the ceremony started. Because of the ice and severe weather that hit the Atlanta area Friday, Jan. 6, the overnight shipment from a vendor in Marietta of a tabletop banner for her booth was still stuck at the Roswell UPS facility on Monday with no hint of activity. I researched hours, services and reviews for sign and banner vendors near the venue. Fastsigns South Orlando rose to the top.
