I gave a number... and that's what I paid, to have my kitchen sink still clogged and be told that "It'd be 1250 to diagnose the clog, and more to fix it." I mean, he was very friendly! But like... TERRIBLE. Do not use this company. Yes, the price seems good, but it's not worth it. So many times…read moremy husband called and emailed them and they wouldn't answer (after we left a deposit). They eventually came and dig out the hole for our septic, we connected everything.... and they NEVER came back to cover up the hole. (Even though it was included in the thousands of dollars we paid them). We've called and emailed them to come cover up the hole and they will not respond. They are scammers. ZERO STARS.

I called Connally Plumbing and within an hour their plumber, Brandon, arrived. My neighbor and I were both there as he figured out the problem and fixed it. It was no easy repair. He had to dig out part of the yard to find the leak. Like I said, this was not an easy job and Brandon did it like it was nothing. The final result was just tremendous. The leak was actually a part of my neighbors plumbing. I paid for the call and my neighbor paid the balance. I have used Connally Plumbing several previous times. They charged us $150. My husband was able to remove nuts after they left without diagnosing anything. The next day all bathrooms overflowed. We called roto rooter. They diagnosed and unclogged the system. The smart toilet needed resetting. Called Connally to reset toilet. This time they sent knowledgeable person who had tools. They did charge an additional $300.
