Padded and Inaccurate Quotes: My project was a simple, brand-new vent Installation requiring a hole cut into the drywall and exterior. Despite sending clear photos and videos beforehand, the written estimates they provided included removing existing dryer ducting, removing old vent covers, and attaching the vent to existing ducts. There was absolutely no existing ductwork or covers to remove on my property. When I asked for an itemized invoice breaking down parts versus labor, they completely ignored the request. As you can see in the call log screenshot attached to this review, we had a 5-minute phone conversation just the day before where they even merged another person into the call. Lying to a customer's face to cover up your own poor communication is unacceptable.
