Only tell when we're there" So I said "alright" they came. The man told me "I can fix it, 575" I said "I can't afford it. So he asked "What CAN you afford?" I gave a number... and that's what I paid, to have my kitchen sink still clogged and be told that "It'd be 1250 to diagnose the clog, and more to fix it." I mean, he was very friendly! But like... I paid 300 dollars and still can't use kitchen sink :)

i have a ranch outside of town & had made an appt 2 weeks in advance for Poth to replace 2 shower…read morevalves. on the day of the appt they didn't show. when i called they rescheduled and finally showed up. the guy spent hours tearing up my bathrooms. when he was finished he handed me a bill for $2150.00!! To replace 2 valves!! i paid the guy knowing that i was going to dispute the charge. the next morning while in the shower i realized that the problem wasn't fixed and i could barely rinse the shampoo out of my hair. i also realized that he had run my water tank dry and burned up the pump. i called Mike Poth and requested an itemized bill which is when he began yelling at me & said they do not give itemized statements and hung up on me!! in a text he stated they they charge $1250 per valve! long story short, i won the dispute and despite them trying to take advantage of me, they ended up not getting a dime. DO NOT use this company! Mike Poth is an ugly businessman and cannot be trusted to do an honest job.

There was a huge water leak on my lawn next to my neighbor. Now, this was a day before a huge…read morewinter storm was going to arrive. I called Connally Plumbing and within an hour their plumber, Brandon, arrived. My neighbor and I were both there as he figured out the problem and fixed it. It was no easy repair. He had to dig out part of the yard to find the leak. Like I said, this was not an easy job and Brandon did it like it was nothing. The final result was just tremendous. The leak was actually a part of my neighbors plumbing. I paid for the call and my neighbor paid the balance. I have used Connally Plumbing several previous times. They charged us $150. My husband was able to remove nuts after they left without diagnosing anything. The next day all bathrooms overflowed. We called roto rooter. They diagnosed and unclogged the system. The smart toilet needed resetting. Called Connally to reset toilet. This time they sent knowledgeable person who had tools. They did charge an additional $300.
