They are extremely responsive to questions and requests for additional services. My house has been virtually bug and rodent free for four years! The treatments they are using is obviously not working. I had to cancel my service due to awful service and obviously because they didn't do what they said they were going to do, which was get rid of the bed bugs. Supposedly, the manager was supposed to give me a call within 24-48 hours, never got a phone call. I don't recommend this business.
