She was charged $150 for the repairs and told her scrap gold was worth $150, ironically the same price as the repairs. As soon as my wife told me what they'd given her for her scrap gold I called to try and rectify. The repairs hadn't even been started on her jewelry and her old earrings had not been scrapped yet. I was told No it's too late and my wife shouldn't have made the deal. I offered 150 in cash and just wanted her gold back. The nasty so called manager said it was her gold now. Talk about customer service. Their crooks, who take advantage of people for profit. A few hundred bucks isn't the end of the world but to take advantage of someone and call yourself and business woman is crazy. I can't imagine how many people she does that to.
