To be inside Fairlane Mall their space is pretty small, they're actually next to MJ Diamond's with one stand and off to the side toward the back. when you come out of JcPenny on the first floor, walk until you pass the mens dept store in which you have to make a right turn and you will see MJ Diamonds and keep walking about 25 feet and you will see Pandora. We actually had to look at the map inside to find them. They didn't have much of a variety of Pandoras but it was sufficient for what I knew I wanted and the piece I wanted. I would have given them a 4 star because I really do like Pandora. Location location and having many choices of the pieces you like is always a plus. read more

Bought a ring from mj diamonds at great lakes crossing. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Once Christmas was over and I still hadn't got a call about the ring, I went in person and asked about it. The ring still wasn't sized and I was told I would get a call when it was ready. Here we are January 6th and the ring is nowhere to be found by them. I then am referred to someone higher up and he asks me for pictures of the receipt as if I was trying to pull a fast one or something. I sent the pictures of the receipt and he responds "what size please." I'm very unsatisfied and I spend big with mj diamonds. After this they have lost a valuable customer. I'm livid about how I've been treated and to be very honest I would've asked for a refund if the item was for me. This has all been a nightmare. I can't wait till it's over. read more

This is by far the WORSE jewelry store I've ever had an encounter with EVER. A watch was purchased and unfortunately I needed to return the watch for a personal matter in which I needed the funds for expeditiously. I even offered to bring in documents to support my reasoning. The manager had the audacity to ask well how much was the watch? "I stated $1,100" he told me. Well you can look for something that is worth $800 and I'll give you $300" (that makes no sense) I also asked sir why can't you buy the watch back and I'll take a $300 lost. I'll rather glue two stones together with a rubber band or purchase jewelry from the gas station before I ever patronize them read more

Stick to the basics with this jeweler. Do not buy watches from them!! I'm not sure what type of quality they have but they are selling stuff with bad batteries and flimsy cheap watch bands. SMH! I love going to them for my Pandora items though. They have beautiful jewelry as well. read more

MJ Diamonds is a Fourth generation jewelry store with over 50 years of experience in the United States. MJ Diamonds was started as Michel's Jewelry, named after our fonder Michel Ansara. Michel Started as a watch maker and then was later inspired to manufacture handmade custom design Engagement and Wedding rings. Michel has mastered every level of the creation of an engagement ring from design to carving waxes to casting and stone setting. His goal was to make each MJ Diamond ring unique and special. As MJ Diamonds grew, Michel hired the most talented and experienced jewelers from around the world to fulfill his Vision. He always encourages his team to focus on Creativity and Extravagant detail. I brought my fiance a wedding ring set last year, I had lots of questions and Michael was great at answering all of them for me. I changed address and sizes and he was there to accommodate me the entire way. My fiance was so very happy with it. Unfortunately this year the ring broke. I wrote to MJ Diamonds and low and behold Michael reached out to me about the situation. I shipped it back to him. Michael and his excellent staff fixed my wife's ring in a matter of days and shipped it right back to us. She was so very happy again. I am very happy with this level of service twice now. I haven't come across to many companies that do this for their customers especially with such great communication. I ask a lot of questions and Michael is always there to answer them.
