They were wonderful and didn't pressure me at all. We were referred to Jacob Matthews Jewelers by my husband's friend who knows the owner, Tammy Haggerty, personally. She was very friendly and highly professional. When she examined my wedding ring, she noted that the prongs were offset, which could create difficulty in securing the stones when that part of the ring was stretched during the process. However, she reassured us that after they resized the ring, they would go back and tighten up the prongs. Normally it would take a couple of days to complete the work, but the job was expedited and ready for pickup later that same day. It fit perfectly, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. We look forward to going back with all of our jewelry needs!
