When we booked this event, there was not clear communication about which room we were actually reserving. We tried repeatedly to get clarification beforehand, but our emails and phone calls went unanswered. We didn't finally get any communication until the day of our event, when we had already arrived. Unfortunately, the person we dealt with that day was extremely unhelpful and rude when we asked what we felt were very simple and reasonable questions. After making the effort to communicate ahead of time and getting no response, it was incredibly frustrating to be met with that attitude on the day of our event. We were also told that the price had been increased to roughly double what we paid last year, which was another major surprise. We've supported this venue by booking events there consistently over the past few years, but after this experience, we will not be returning. For the price, we expected much better communication, professionalism, and customer service. We also had to wait outside when our event was already scheduled to start because they didn't have our room ready.

Life jackets and ear muffs were provided. Then we shoved off to the river where we saw fish jump and Eagles fly. Two Eagle nests!!! Capt Kirk stopped on a sand bar in the middle of the river so we could all hop out and frolic in the ankle deep warm water. when we returned, our grandkids said, "Let's do it again!" The night of our party, Danny was our driver and he was FANTASTIC! He was flexible and fun, and we felt safe while he was driving! The bus was perfect for our party of 12. Our driver went over all the rules once everybody was seated and explained where we would be heading to as well as the stop they do at a gas station in the middle of the tour which was nice because we had a lot of children on the bus. They also let you bring drinks and snacks on the bus. The bus itself was clean and spacious. We went a few days after Christmas and the only down side is that some of the displays were already down so it felt like we didn't get to see a lot. Another thing was the windows kept getting foggy but thankfully they had squeegees available which we had to use every few minutes so that was annoying but also we know it wasn't their fault. I would definitely use this company again, but will opt to choose the date before the holidays are over for better festive experience.

We are in Nebraska you don't know the proper diesel to buy and the additives needed to keep the bus from gelling up. After the missed pick up we were provided with an email 3 days later stating they tried finding another company to take us out however, every bus in Omaha was broken down. This is false because I was able to hire premier party bus of omaha. Not only was his bus running the owner personally drove us around until he was able to find another driver.
