They have their own parking! That is a huge deal for me going to Boulder. We were welcomed in and given our robes, towels and slippers. All we had to bring was our swim suits. They went over the locker room, lockers, spa area and when each of us needed to be outside the massage room before our respective appointments. My daughter got deep tissue massage, my friend and I both got Swedish. Randy was my massage therapist. He was great! I would request him again. I felt like jell-o by the time I was done. The spa area had a rainforest shower, cold plunge pools, sauna, steam room, hot tub and salt room. I started with the rainforest shower. I had never been in a salt room, so that was a must try. There was a button to call a staff member to turn on the mechanism for the room. Not sure what it did, but I could taste the salt in the air when I entered. The light through the salt blocks was quite relaxing. After that my friend and I sat in the hot tub until it was time for us to have our massages. We all were quite relaxed when we were done. Prior to booking, we called to ask specifically about using a SpaFinder gift card and were advised that it would be accepted. Upon arrival, I also confirmed this directly with the front desk staff before our service, and I was again assured it would not be an issue. However, after our service concluded, I was informed that the gift card was not accepted after all. Had I been given accurate information, I would not have proceeded with the service that day. During this interaction, a young blonde-haired employee approached the front desk, stated "of course we don't take it," rolled her eyes, and walked away. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the confusion stemmed from misinformation provided by staff. Additionally, the men's locker room shower did not have hot water, which further detracted from the overall experience.

Location: I am sorry, but I have to talk about the location first, because it was just magical. This was my first outdoor massage, yet it was very private in a canopy tent. You are in the mountains, surrounded by this beautiful wooded area and next to your massage table is a hummingbird feeder that has attracted a hummingbird. There is a beautiful breeze blowing and the temperature is just perfect. It's heavenly! And no day is too hot for this... it maybe 97 outside. Somehow it felt like upper 70's or lower 80's. Masseuse: 10/10. Her technique, her confidence, her positive energy. She did everything seamlessly, asking the right questions at the right time to ensure the experience is 5 stars throughout. In addition, they make it difficult to cancel. You have to request a membership cancellation form and then send it back to them either via email or in person to officially cancel. This is obviously meant to be a barrier to canceling. When I spoke to the GM asking if she could explain their policy that only active members can cancel, all I was told is that it is corporate policy. I asked again if she could explain WHY this is corporate policy and she told me she had and that "I wasn't accepting her explanation" and proceeded to say "I'm sorry about the confusion or whatever this is." These are direct quotes. If customer service was better and if their corporate policies weren't designed to scam clients out of additional money when wanting to cancel, I would recommend them. The facilities are lovely and they have great massage therapists. It's really too bad. Do not spend your money here.
