His waiting rooms are packed but he and his staff are very efficient because demand for his services is so high. Don't believe the negative social media reviews, I've been going to him for 4 years and only have had great experiences with him and his excellent staff. I paid for an upgraded lens which was supposed to allow me to see without glasses. However, because they installed it in an incorrect position, it's totally useless and I have had to go back to wearing glasses. Dr. Safi stated to me that his colleague who performed the surgery had to guess at the placement and he guessed wrong! I have tried repeatedly to get a refund of the $2,000 that I paid for the Panoptic lens but they have been totally unresponsive. I have called many, many times and sent emails to no avail. My advice: spread the word that this group should not be trusted to do your cataract surgery.

Front desk told me 90 minutes. I waa upset that no one told me the length of the appt, the cost, or that they required a full eye exam. If my surgeon didnt require it why do they? Dr Wally at costco just completed my eye exam for under $150! They used all the sane technology. Next, they were 30 min late. They sat me in different rooms and my entire appt once started took 3 hours. I was furious to soend 1/2 my day there while my ride had to wait. The worst part of this visit was that I never saw one employee wash their hands or the equipment. They sat me in front of the machine and didnt clean it, we both left and I looked back and they sat the next person and no cleaning after me or hefore the next patient. The lady touched my eye with tool so yes my eye/chin touched a lot of parts. My hands touched items. Thank God I didnt catch pink eye. I would like to complain about 10 more items but I dont even want to waste another second on this office. Very sad and majorly ripped off. I never felt cared for at all.

The doctors are very good and, yes this is a very busy place so come with patience and wear warm clothes, the a/c is on and it gets chilly after a while lots of patience want to see these great doctor (mine is Dr. Safi) TV in waiting room and free wifi.

I've been having headaches for as long as I can remember, and none of my Drs. could explain it. I've also been having difficulty driving at night. After seeing Dr. Senft, and having the laser treatment done, my headaches have subsided and it's a lot easier for me to drive at night. Wish I knew about this sooner. I've also told Dr. Senft about my grandma and how her eyes have been affecting her. My grams went in, had the laser done in one eye, found out she needed cataract surgery done on the other. After the surgery, my grams is much happier and very appreciative of what Dr. Senft and her staff has done. Just like any eye dr. the wait time for some patients is long, depends on what you're doing. However, they do let you know how long you may have to wait and they also offer coffee, tea, water and pastries while you wait.

Last year I needed cataract surgery so I had my appointments set up for all the pre tests. Staff told me Medicare pays only for distance lenses. I had done my homework and knew this was a lie - Medicare does not care if you get distance or near lenses. I figured I would speak to the surgeon but never had that chance. When the woman called to schedule my appointment I was unable to make the date she wanted, she became angry and said "I guess we're done here!" And hung up on me! Appalling patient care!!!! I went to Alaska for my surgery, had an awesome experience and got the near vision lenses I wanted!
