Always looking for quaint little sushi places that doesn't have insane prices. Clean, beautiful and service was amazing. The presentation of the sushi was beautiful and the quality was great. Very happy with this place it's a must try if you're in the Lake Mary area.

My husband and I stopped here for date night. This quant restaurant was really convenient and quiet. We were greeted with a smile and sat down immediately. Their menu has a variety of appetizers, sushi, and hibachi meals. The soup was hot and sushi was soooooo fresh! This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back.

Ordered for pickup. This was a really cute spot in Lake Mary. The staff was friendly and our food was ready, no waiting. They had a lot of options, something for everyone. I really enjoyed the lobster dragon roll, never had a roll like this before. My friend loved the tuna crispy rice but it was a bit spicy for me. We were not a big fan of the egg fried rice, it was not at all what we were expecting. However it tasted ok. The portions were plentiful.I would definitely try more of their menu but I do feel there are better options in the area.

This is definitely my new favorite sushi spot! It's in Lake Mary but if you're in the Orlando area it's definitely worth the drive. They have a great happy hour that I was excited to try. The oysters were phenomenal and so flavorful. We got the Florida roll and the American Dream roll and both were great. The crab Rangoons were also STUFFED! The edamame could've had some extra salt but besides that I'd have no notes on anything. The inside is very nice and aesthetic. So it's great date spot. The service was a tad slow but there only one waitress working.

It was my first visit to this restaurant. The interior is aesthetically pleasing they use warm woods, gold, and gray colors. The service was lacking. The server was not very attentive and missing things such as filling up water cups, and some dishes were missing from the table. The sushi was OK. The steak and chicken hibachi dinner my boyfriend had was very good. I'm not sure I would go back, based on the lackluster service and Sushi was not anything special.

First time dining here and I am glad that I did. The service was exceptional, the chefs were kind and friendly, and the meal was delicious. Looking forward to visiting again!

Food is phenomenal! Unique sushi rolls to round it all out. The decor is simple with whale lights in the ceiling. The service was good. Our server was attentive and our food was served fresh to order in a timely manner. Definitely will come back!

Woke up from my nap with my stomach begging for dinner. Made my way up to Lake Mary because I was planning on eating something else but the want for sushi override that so I walked in here instead. The place was packed but there was a spot at the bar. Started with a Sprite ($3) and two rolls: the volcano ($16) and the American dream ($16). After I had ordered it saw the crabmeat avocado salad which I will need to return to try out. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful and my belly left filled and very happy. Know that the parking may take you some time. I made several attempts before finding a decent spot.

We went to this place about 40 minutes before closing. They were so nice and welcoming. We had Godzilla roll, Fire Dragon, Yummy, Blue fin toro truffle, and chili mango roll. My favorite was the blue fin and the sauce that comes with it was soooo dang good, but I would order all of them again. The oysters were soooo yummy! The gyoza could have been seared a little longer for my taste, though the filing was good wish it had a bit more seasoning. They had my favorite sake which is the strawberry nigori. The place was so cute and very nice. I would definitely go back!

I loved it, we looked for a place to taste sushi different from the ones we eat and I loved them, the chicken Hibachi is delicious.

I consider myself a foodie, especially a sushi connoisseur - I am always searching for new spots to try and Miyaji did NOT disappoint. My boyfriend and I sat at the sushi bar, had very attentive service and our food came out FAST. The sushi was absolutely amazing. FULL of flavor, melt in your mouth, seafood was fresh and delicious. The Florida roll was highly recommended by other diners and I'm so glad I ordered it!!! We will 100% be going back, what a great new local sushi spot for Lake Mary.

This new sushi place in Lake Mary, is super chic inside. The servers were all nice and genuinely working hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. The tuna and California rolls were extremely fresh, nice in size and tasty. The tuna slider 2 roll was also good a little bit salt. The shrimp tempura appetizer was disappointing and not worth it, it came with two shrimp only and a ton of tempura vegetables to supplement for the missing shrimp. Special fried rice was good in flavor but lacked protein and veggies. Lastly our Florida roll was delicious all the perfect hints of flavor in one! Since this is a new place I'd definitely be open to trying them again for lunch and seeing if some dishes are improved but over all it was fresh and good quality food.

2nd visit to this location. Tried the Choo Choo lobster appetizer. It's very creamy. Tried the Valentine roll, Chili Mango & Godzilla rolls. They were all delicious. The Godzilla was my favorite. The flavors just worked so nicely together. Service was good and fast. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

I chose one of the tables closest to the window. There is a darker/dimmer vibe here and I was hoping to look out the window and people watch. Service was great! I had a japanese soda, a lunch special: chicken katsu and 2 california rolls. [in all fairness, I had woken up that day around 4:30 to catch an early flight and didn't have breakfast]. Since it was a slow lunch, everything came out blazing fast and delicious. The lunch special included a house salad with ginger dressing and miso soup which were both solid. I would come back to try all the varieties of rolls, but that chicken katsu hit the spot - was perfectly cooked and delicious with the rice portion it comes with. I did get "riced-out" a bit with the california rolls, but that was my own fault... and yes... I finished everything ;)

We heard about the grilled pork chop being superb so we trolled the minuscule parking lot looking for a precious parking place until we finally found one - the last one on a mid-week night. What must this place be like on Fri & Sat nights? Our service was absolutely glacial. It was non-existent for the first 8-10 minutes as we were completely ignored. Do not confuse activity with production. Folks are moving around - they just don't do anything. Finally a cheerful gal appeared to give us menus & take drink orders. Slow service continued and is the overriding theme of this restaurant. Our observation: clearly regulars get preferential treatment. We watched wait-staff acknowledge and chat up folks while completely ignoring others sitting at the next table. Not professional, and certainly no bueno if the restaurant wants to attract new customers. The pork chop was very small - not even close to resembling the picture on the menu. It was just average; the kale accompaniment was so bitter we couldn't eat it; and the small portion of mashed potato was the only redeeming item on the plate. Charging my guest $1 to substitute broccoli for kale at the prices we were charged was a rip-off. Just so mickey mouse The bread pudding was over-cooked and frankly inedible. Our meal as a whole was too expensive and very, very mediocre. The lousy service really ought to be addressed - if not for the private-club feel regarding prompt service only for the regulars at the expense of new customers, this place would surely close. We came, we saw, we ate, we're done. Extremely doubtful we'll ever go back to Stonewood in Heathrow. Just not a good meal.

Stopped in for dinner with Nancy around 6:45pm before our night out on the town…read more It's was pretty much everything I expected; small family run restaurant, great food, but not over the top fancy. The restaurant wasn't too busy, two small groups other than us. We were promptly greeted and seated at a booth. Our server was most likely one of the owners as she was seated right behind us with her son. I assume the man who seated us was the dad because he kept tabs on the son when Mom was taking care of customers. The chef might have also been a family member as well; regardless, they took great care of us during our visit, but it is something to note. There are a lot of menu options, so I recommend checking it out before arriving otherwise you may need some time to make a decision. Once we placed our order our food was out in less than 10 minutes which was pretty amazing. We started with the seaweed salad ($7), which we thought was a little small for the price; however, it was good, but know that they add thinly sliced cucumber into the salad as a filler. For our main course I chose the crazy roll ($11.45), Nancy chose the Rock N Roll ($9.45), and we also purchased the chicken fried rice to share ($12.45). The chef does a great job with the presentation and the food was delicious. For the most part The restaurant dining area is well organized and clean. When I got up to use the restroom I noticed a heavy sewer odor coming from the area. The men's room looked nice at first but as I looked closer I noticed the tile floor is missing grout and the restroom just needs better housekeeping. My wife said the ladies room was a disaster and there was foam spray around the base of the toilet and it was turning black, yuck! Well that's probably where to smell was coming from. About an hour after dinner I became very gassy which is unusual for me than I had an upset stomach the rest of the evening. Unfortunately this issue progressed further through Sunday and I've been house ridden the remainder of the weekend. I'm thinking something was up with my roll because Nancy didn't have any issues with hers. I hate to blame the restaurant for this issue but with being down to one meal a day I can pretty much weed out my lunch on Friday as the culprit. If I did come back I would probably stick to the hot food just to play it safe, but with so many other options in the area Its hard to say I will be back anytime soon.

Underneath the seaweed salad was a bed of sliced cucumber which was good but I'd rather have more seaweed salad!! Scott got a roll with shrimp and salmon. The wagyu burger is like a full size burger and we added cheese and lettuce and tomato on that. The fries are amazing too!
