For food, we needed something lighter before a big dinner, so we went with: - Zamburinas: scallops served in the shell with a lemon butter sauce - Navajas à la plancha: local razor clams - Gambas al ajillo: super tender in a garlic butter sauce - Alcachofa à la plancha: prepared artichoke with a great tomato sauce Everything was cooked just right, highlighting the natural, fresh seafood flavors.
