I honestly think this is very wrong as you are a business with such high reviews about customer service. Prince automotive claims to stand behind every vehicle sold, and guarantee satisfaction. He is now faced with auto fees that shouldn't be happening beings he just purchased this truck. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone! This is outrageous! Very unprofessional! I called the dealership, the salesman (G.L.) I spoke to gave me a hard time about getting it fixed. He wanted me to go to a private auto body shop to get an estimate. I did what he asked & got the estimate but really why did I have to do that, shouldn't the dealership have done so? The salesman I was dealing with kept repeating to me that getting the vehicle fixed was above his pay grade. I am over 70 years old, I did not need the stress. I have never been treated this way by any other dealerships I have dealt with. They eventually fixed the bumper after about 6 weeks, but not without me calling them almost every day. I will never buy from this dealership again. If you buy from this dealership - be forewarned , cross your t's and dot your i's.
