    I attended a bridal expo for inspiration and potential vendors. Something stood out to me, a…read morebeautiful flower display. As I got closer, I realized it was a lovely floral display of a rose tree and 2 white cherry blossom trees. I fell in love instantly! I spoke to the representative from Dalissa and found out they rent and deliver all types of items for weddings, parties, or any type of function. I checked out their website and saw they had everything from fancy chairs and tables to floral arches and special event items. I made contact and decided to rent the rose bush and cherry blossom trees. The delivery went seamlessly and so did the pick-up. My guests were blown away at the look and feel it gave the room. I'm extremely happy that I decided to rent these items, they went with my theme and they looked so real and elegant. I initially thought about making my own arch, but this was so cost effective and it was taken back afterwards, so I didn't need to figure out what I was going to do with it after. Plus, who can beat a set-up, delivery, and pick-up without me having to lift a finger. I will absolutely use this company in the future for any party rentals I may require.

Will email / speak to one person and then email another person with questions. How are you talking to one person on the phone and then emailing another about the conversation and they are looking like WTH! Delissa, although pleasant, her management team not professional. All are confused and unprofessional; they don't even communicate well with each other so there is no surprise they cannot communicate well with customers/clients/potential clients. To me, based on the LACK of communication and LACK of responses and LACK of professionalism from management office outside of the owner, quotes & rental prices are too high to even want to deal with this business. Sorry.

    Attempting to book an event with the Treetop Atrium was a complete disappointment. I contacted the…read morenumber listed online several times during late 2018 to no avail. My mother received a recommendation about the Treetop Atrium and I was very excited to host my baby shower there. She also attempted to reach the coordinators at the venue and received a call back just this April. That should have been alarming enough, but I still set an appointment to view the space. Shirley, the event manager, met me on an afternoon in April and showed me around the venue. Again, I was excited about the possibility of booking the space after our meeting. She even offered to honor the Winter special price of $2500 instead of the $3900 the space is renting for at this time. Shirley gave me her personal number and assured me I could communicate with her that way. When I mentioned I tried to reach her using the posted office number she told me I probably didn't answer the phone call when they returned it like most people do when they don't recognize a number, including her. I could not relate to that statement, but I let it ride to avoid ruffling feathers. It was clear to me at that point she was not willing to take responsibility for the poor communication and responses of the venue. Nonetheless, I let that go and thought moving forward could work in my favor. I left the venue and consulted with my family and friends and we decided booking the space would be best. Ms. Shirley confirmed an appointment with me April 18 at 1 pm to secure the space with a deposit and my mother agreed to meet her by text. In this text correspondence, I asked Shirley if my friends who would personalize the space could come at a later date to see the venue and she told me everyone had to be present April 18 at 1 pm. I further asked her to accommodate me and I was totally ignored. Shirley did not show up for the April 18 meeting with my mother although she confirmed this was the only time we could meet with her. My mother waited at the venue for an hour and a half, left Shirley a message and text her personal phone number provided. I also text Shirley to let her know my mother was waiting. She ghosted me completely. I was in shock that she did not show up for this meeting or reply to our correspondence. Needless to say she still has not returned my call to this day. I spoke to her assistant Frankie who told me Shirley had an emergency during our meeting and would call me in the following week. That never happened. It is very disheartening that this venue, but specifically Shirley, operates with such a lack of professionalism. If my request to view the space after booking it was too ridiculous for Shirley, she could have stated that she didn't want to continue the deal instead of intentionally ignoring my calls and texts. If Shirley did not want to honor the lower rate, she could have stated that as well. This is not the way to do business and I would suggest saving yourself the headache and book with a more professional venue. I am very disappointed in the way this business deal was handled, but I feel much more comfortable knowing I dodged a bullet in working with Shirley. Imagine if she arbitrarily started to ignore me after I was financially involved? Beware of business deals with the Treetop Atrium. Prince George's County deserves a more professional venue than what they are able to offer consistently.

It was literally everything I imagined and MORE! The customer service...PHENOMENAL! The food....PHENOMENAL! The decor....PHENOMENAL! The venue itself....PHENOMENAL! Key word here is...PHENOMENAL!!! One of the reasons we booked this venue is because it's literally a one stop shop. They do the catering, the cake, the tablecloths/place setting, bar, the set-up and clean-up! Of course we had a florist, dj, 360 Photo Booth and other crowd pleasers, but the bulk of the items that were required were provided by the venue. The Villa provides a day-of planner, which she was absolutely helpful and knowledgeable, but I wanted someone who knew me personally to advocate for me. I hired another coordinator to be my liaison for the day. I would suggest you do the same, if you're getting married. It's just good to have someone that knows you or will advocate for you when you need them. I had a few hiccups during my wedding day and expressed my concerns to management the day after. The professionalism and courtesy they provided us was extremely appreciative. From start to finish, my wedding coordinator explained everything, responded to all 5 million of my emails - in a very timely manner. Anything we were confused or didn't understand, was thoroughly explained. My original coordinator left her position, but Tracy stepped right in with both feet on the ground. If you're on the fence, give this venue a try. We had our wedding in the tent, which I believe is called the Renaissance Room. The location was perfect, the serving staff were awesome and we just had a knock down, drag out time! People are still talking about my perfect day!

I will admit that I was scared that I had signed a contract with this company after coming to my beloved Yelp! I was reading the comments like oh geez I'm gonna need a vodka. Lol! But seriously. I think that for all the bad reviews they haven't gotten the reputation of good service they deserve! I'm impressed! I cannot think of a better spot or company that I could have chosen for my event. The cakes are to die for and the food was right on! We tried to lie to Shonda, we said we didn't like our food but since there was nothing on the plate she knew we were lying. A girl was just trying to get seconds! It was a tasting... can you blame me for trying???? Overall, my experience with Jeff has been amazing. Shonda is a doll and I can't wait for my event! They literally do it all! All you have to do is show up and show out! Boom! I will be yelping my venue location day of. Cheers... hire them and thank me later!
