Everyone in the office is super nice, friendly and accommodating. The dentist and his staff explain everything they're going to do to prepare you, which I always find helpful. I didn't feel like excessive treatments were being placed upon me and while they do educate patients on the need to floss, attend regular visits, etc. no one is there to make you feel guilty about maybe skipping a few days of flossing. I always book my next appointment upon leaving the office and they send plenty of text message reminders (if you opt-in) which makes it all that much more convenient.

They're not honest with what is covered through the insurance policy and they kick you in the back afterwards zero stars for them.

I have had an extreme fear of the dentist ( due to past experiences)which resulted in not going for 2-3 years or on and off , instead of the recommended 6month period. However I can tell you first hand the pain was obsolete. None at all. He does do IV I know of and Novacaine, I do the nova as I dont like the feeling of IV. But rest assured, he actually goes out of his way to call you if you call and leave a message after hours. You have to respect that kind of dentist.
