They give me a detailed explanation of each procedure and what to expect which puts my mind at ease. They really do stress preemptive care and proper oral hygiene to AVOID serious problems. They genuinely care and want you to have the best dental health. If all they cared about was money I don't think they would do that. The reviews from customers saying they are greedy couldn't be more off. Its probably more like that the customers were not educated on their own insurances or have failed to pay in the past.

I found Doctor Pickworth through my health insurance company. I'm a resident of Holmdel and her office was very close by. I had read the office reviews on google and decided I'd give their office a try (once I worked up my bravery). The office is extremely clean (which is a huge plus especially during times of covid-19). The staff? Welcoming, kind, understanding, professional, and never once made me feel badly for letting my teeth go for as long as I had. I expressed I live with anxiety and they were sure to explain every step throughout the process and prior to them doing anything. Pro-tip : I asked to wear the x-ray radiation protector blanket while having my teeth cleaned as it's just like a weighted blanket and helped to calm my nerves. The hygienist, Leann, was so gentle that having my teeth cleaned was almost a pleasure. She is very detailed in her work and no stone (or tooth, as it were) was left unturned. Doctor Pickworth is very kind, understanding, and thorough. I went to see her a day before my cleaning for a consultation. Because of the state of my teeth, I will need to have several procedures done and, oddly enough, I'm almost looking forward to them. If you have any fear or reservations no matter the reason, I would highly recommend going to Doctor Pickworth and her staff at Advanced Dental. They will put your mind at ease and get you started on the path to a healthy smile.

I was really pleased with my experience with Advanced Dental. The waiting room in the office is soothing and comfortable, and the same is true about Dr. Pickworth and her staff. I was due for a regular check-up/cleaning. Dr. Pickworth was very thorough with the cleaning and evaluation work she did. She found that two previous fillings I had weren't done correctly and recommended we redo them to avoid further decay. I hate dental work and was really nervous when I returned for the follow-up appointment, but Dr. Pickworth put me at ease and worked efficiently and thoroughly. I have attached a picture of my implant done at the Champagne Smiles. Within a few months I felt a constant pain with puss coming out from under my gums. I went back to this office to talk about it and they said it was normal... fast forward a few additional months my gums had receded to the point where you could see the metal screw and my gums were purple. After revisiting the office again, it was clear they had no idea how to fix this so I went to a Periodontist in Manhattan. He was in shock at how poorly my implant was done. the angle of the screw was incorrectly angled outward on top of there being so much cement under my gums which definitely caused the constant irritation. It has now been four years since my dental implant failed and I had to restart the process. Thankfully my periodontist has fixed it, and I have not had any issues for the past four years besides trauma from my experience and neglect at Champagne Smiles. Fixing Dr. Champagnes mistake cost me 12K on top of what I paid for the first implant done by him. PLEASE think again before going here.

The level of care we have received here is always consistent and we walk out smiling. Emergencies they can be reached always.
