I would hesitate to have them do any work in my home with the lead manager Patrick saying things like "they'll never see it." I have asked several times not to use my likeness to promote their business and yet they not only use it but also wanted to pursue charges against me for theft of tools that were in fact my tools SUPPLIED BY ME AS AN EMPLOYEE or replacement for breaking my personal tools on their jobsite! They give no proper warnings before leaving families to starve and go late on their bills because of how they go about terminating people. BEWARE!!! There have been zero good reviews or positive feedback on this company since they cut me loose a couple weeks before the holidays. Suuuper Christian of them right?! If you want an experience that is as important as the final product, then look elsewhere!

I hired Dynamic construction to apply permanent epoxy on my floor to line my basketball and…read morepickleball court and to remove/strip foreign substances like old tape off the floor. The price quoted for this job was 5800 dollars. The First payment of 3000 was made on 10/27/23. I wanted very good epoxy because I do park large vehicles in this area. Nick, the contractor, stated that it would be the strongest you can purchase, and it will never come off or chip. It took 2 weeks longer than what he said for the epoxy to come in. They finally started the job on Nov 14th, 2023. On the first day, they put a line in the wrong place and stripped all the concrete finish off of it. They just left it that way. I gave specific instructions for all designs and the basketball court was done wrong that day, too. Lines were uneven lengths, in the wrong space and the design was incorrect. They were here for maybe 3 hrs. that day. I figured I would fix it myself once they were done since I need this place open asap and could get to that. On Nov 16th they began stripping the concrete for the pickleball court. They proceeded to put lines in the wrong place on that too. Stripped off the protective sealer from the concrete and didn't reseal it. On Monday, Nov 20, 2023, I informed him that the white epoxy was not covering and was inconsistent in its appearance and the black was peeling in some places. He reapplied coats of epoxy and also poured it very thick in some places. On Friday Nov 24th an email regarding the black epoxy peeling off was sent. He returned on Nov 28, again, and "fixed" it. Also said that he couldn't get the substance off the floor. I guess the over-the-counter goo-gone didn't work. I could have told him that because I tried that. I figured he would do something more professional, He left several old tape marks on the floor and also spilled and walked through some of the epoxy. I went ahead and gave him the remaining 2600 dollars despite him not doing the job he agreed on. I paid the full price because I just wanted him to go and I was without my garage from 11/14/24-11/29/23 and it is essential space for two businesses. That area is also used for loading and unloading adults with disabilities, activities for adults with disabilities, and it is rented to athletic teams for practices. I could not do any of that during this time. I also had to run my heat to keep 3500 sq ft with 14 ft ceilings warm. It stayed 65 degrees in there all day, every day, for that time. Fast forward to 1/18/24. After moping the floor, I noticed a spot on the white epoxy that looked like a bubble. I scratched it with only my fingernail and a 1-inch strip just peeled right up. I was able to just pull the "Permanent epoxy" off the floor like masking tape. I inspected the rest of the white and that failure is consistent all over. I checked the black on the basketball, and several places were the same. So Dynamic construction did not do any part of this 5800 job correctly. Didn't strip anything correctly, didn't apply the epoxy correctly, there is bleeding instead of crisp lines, left tape and spilled epoxy on the floor, removed the sealer from aeras that didn't need that done, didn't repair those places and took FOREVER to do this. I do not want this guy back in my building. So the option for them to "Redo" the job is kinda a big joke. I want all my money back since that job was not done. Not one part of this job was done. He has my 5800 bucks and I have nothing. Says the epoxy was faulty. Well, that isn't my problem. You can get the money from them after you do what is right and refund me the entire cost. So now I need to figure out my lost time from rentals, extra heat costs for the days he was in there, legal fees, removal of his junk, other business costs associated with this project, and my postponement on a grand opening till probably spring since the floor will be almost impossible to keep at a warm temp in Jan and Feb. This is an indoor sports facility. Winter is peak season. I missed it. I have to reduce my rates for both pickleball and basketball at this point because I'm left with no choice. This now looks like some beat up old gym in less than 2 months. Dynamic Construction rips off their customers and doesn't care.

They arrived with in 30 minutes of the quoted time. After looking at the situations, we asked for a quote for just tree cutting (cutting the fallen tree to manageable sections) and one quote for complete removal. The complete removal was quoted to be $1400. I said that it sounded great and asked him to please send me a written quote to ensure that the price and work expectations will be the same. He said okay, and asked me to text the email to him. Within roughly less than 3 hours, and 4 exchanges... he finally sent me a written quote of $2100. When inquired if it was an error, he texted back and said "It's not a mistake; sometimes it happens when you look for several quotes and then you make a decision" 10:20 I texted my email to him as requested at the end of meeting 11:50 He texted me and that he sent the quote. He only sent for cut only, not for cut and haul. So I immediately asked for a full clearing quote. 1:09 I get the quote for full clear and asked if it was an error - much more than discussed 1:19 he said "It's not a mistake; sometimes it happens when you look for several quotes and then you make the decisions." A company that literally jacked up your price because you were shopping for a quote - is not trustworthy to perform work without written quote.. Would not recommend work without written quote for buyer protection. We did not have them waiting for an unreasonable amount of time by any stretch of the imagination - most of it was waiting for them to send me written quotes. Pictures just to give you the idea of how interested I was and really wanted a written estimate.

They stopped responding, never followed through on the revised plans, and ultimately wasted our time. We rearranged our schedules for their availability, only to be left hanging with no explanation. Professionalism, reliability, and honest pricing matter -- and unfortunately, this company fell short on all three. I would not recommend them based on our experience.

The details really make it; the marble mosaic floor looks incredible, and the wainscoting tile around the entire bathroom gives it a clean, high-end finish. The bathroom is finished with a white vanity and black accents that ties everything together. The construction crew was professional, they kept the space clean during the remodel, and the quality of work shows in every part of the room. I would have gladly given 5 stars if I was simply reviewing Justin (the project manager), Kevin and the construction crew. However, the owner of the company, Mark, has poor people skills. When we had an issue with lack of communication between Brittany and us and Brittany and Justin (which essentially cost us $3000) and I reported it to Mark, he blew it off and talked to me like I was an inconvenience to him. All he had to do was say they dropped the ball and apologize, but his ego would not allow him to do so and he instead said, "I don't know what to tell you, you can do it or not, its up to you." That is very poor customer service in my opinion. I also feel that during the "selling the job" phase, Justin should have been included in the initial meeting with us and Brittany (who sold the job) so there was no miscommunication between the two of them. With all things being said, I would still recommend Builders Group Construction, but I would not deal with Mark again.

Edit: After completing and submitting a quick line by line analysis of the original cost estimate…read morequoted, the work that was completed, and the final invoice, the company representatives were responsive and understanding of my frustration on the price estimate and invoice correlation (or lack there of). They quickly reached out at that point and to make sure that the billing issue was corrected. Our new total is a little under $1k, which actually lines up much better to what we were originally quoted and the work the was actually done. The invoicing system that this company is using is a new to them system and caused quite a bit of issues in the pricing of our project. I do not think that my experience is the normal experience for this company, however, I do HIGHLY recommend thoroughly reviewing your cost estimate prior to work being completed and making sure that you have a THOROUGH understanding of what you are paying for. Original issue: They originally quoted us $3000 for a total wall replacement and new Subfloor. They were able to adjust the wall and replaced a square of floor board and still tried to charge us almost $1700. Attached shows the original estimate which included taking the entire wall out and replacing. The final $1339 invoice is not including the $304 deposit that we made on the original estimate. That included, puts the total paid $1643. There entire invoicing system seems insufficient for customer needs. I have a limited idea what I actually am paying for at this point. The original estimate I assumed was paying for entire day or 2 labor, but of course I have no idea since labor and materials don't have their own line items. From the entire billing process it seems as though they arbitrarily put in numbers. I was told I would get a 10% military discount, but I have no idea if that is the case as their is no line item showing that on the invoice. I am extremely disappointed in the billing process of this company, had I known that I would being paying 66% of the original estimate for 25% of the work, I would have actually had them do all of the work I was quoted for. I genuinely feel deceived and robbed at this point. I guess the only silver lining is my door shuts easily now... I will also say the quote process was easy and well executed.

We had a water leak in the upstairs bathroom but the water was going into the wall so we had no…read moreidea until we woke up and the tape joints in the ceiling downstairs were all on the floor, light fixtures full of water etc. I called "Greene County's finest". What a disaster. I HAD the paint. Evidently he bought paint. I told him the color but now half of the crown moulding is two colors. The door trim is the right color and the door is a different color. They got paint all over the light fixtures, broke TWO Marvin window locks (how do you do that?), got paint all over my hardwood floors and carpet. Left huge runs in paint, cut the ceiling in so thick we had to sand the ceiling and crown to get all of the thick paint off. They repaired the tape joints but never ONCE used a piece of sandpaper. Instead, they would paint it immediately to see where it was still messed up. So now, the tape joints are 2" thicker than the wall. They charged a small fortune for crackhead work. I finally set their stuff out and told them to never come back. They took things from my home that they agreed to buy but FORGOT to pay for. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They are worse than the alcoholics that put up the drywall in the first place. Jerry was never there and he only came to collect money and told me look what a great job we are doing. I need some of what he's taking or at least some rose colored glasses. He's a real crooked businessman (saying that he is a businessman makes me laugh). Use them at your own risk!!!
