I hate to have to do this, but have been left with no choice. In early September, we ordered a Haywood sofa and the Kimora dining table from this store. Demetria was terrific and lovely to work with. None of this is about her. Most of this review is about the sofa. Even though we chose stock fabric and were estimated to have a wait of only 2-4 weeks, the sofa didn't arrive until early December. It's the covid19 era so it wasn't the end of the world. However, as you can see in the pictures, the sofa showed up as a wrinkled mess. It looked positively nothing like the picture on the website or the sofa that greets you when you first walk into this store. Demetria said there's nothing she could do and this got escalated to customer care who turned out to be a Danielle Siers out of their N Carolina location. She said that we're correct to find the sofa dissatisfactory and that she believes the problem is the sofa cores and not the fabric. She said we'd get new cores in 8 weeks. Figure early February, right? Try March 22. Any word from Danielle? Of course not, unless I followed up. The people who delivered the cores only came to drop them off, not to replace the existing cores and zip up the casings! Unreal. After telling them what was supposed to happen here, they did it anyway and I tipped them handsomely. But guess what, the sofa is still a wrinkled mess and I'm tired of this. On March 22, Danielle said she had strep throat. I'm empathic and was patient. But it's now April 13 and she hasn't responded to multiple emails. It's a disgrace. I really want to return this sofa and get our money back. It would be one thing if anyone cared and offered halfway decent service, but there's apparently no one at MG who cares at all to get a brand new sofa looking as such. MG should be embarrassed by the product sitting in our living room. So buyers beware. If you order a sofa from MG, you can expect a poor product and an appalling lack of customer service or consideration. read more

MGBW is a beautiful furniture store and recent addition to Scottsdale Fashion Square. I've been in a handful of times to look and finally this past weekend, my husband and I took advantage of the sale they had going on and made a few big purchases for our home. We worked with Tim who was knowledgeable, respectful, and chimed in with his opinion whenever we asked. We love that there are so many fabric options when it comes to customizing their chairs, sofas, pillows, etc... If you're in the market for furniture or enjoy "window shopping" for ideas for the future, this place is a fabulous option to check out. It is on the pricier side, but when they are having a sale, prices become a lot more reasonable. We are excited about our purchases and satisfied with our experience so far. read more

I dropped in to discover this new furniture store at Scottsdale Fashion Mall. MY First impression: The place was filled with people dressed in dynamic black yet No One bothered to greet me. I try to reach out saying hi a few times till someone replied hi and walked away. YIKES! I am actively seeking some new modern furniture but I didn't feel welcomed. Perhaps I was judged by my casual denim shorts and RalphLauen shirt as - not a potential customer. WRONG! However, I don't think I will return nothing I saw inside was so irresitable that would compensate this cold greeting. read more

Three years ago my wife and I bought living room furniture at mg+bw and worked with Tracy. Her knowledge was excellent and she understood what we were looking for. She was a real pro and helped us create a beautiful living room for our new home. A few months ago we returned, but Tracy was no longer there. We worked with Amy Ref. Well we hit the jackpot - 2 pros in a row. This time we came in to buy dining room furniture. She listened to what we wanted, came to our home and helped us select the perfect furniture again. Based on both of these experiences, I would visit mg+bw to meet my furniture needs and would definitely ask for Amy. She is not only a designer, but someone who listens to your needs and thinks outside the box when trying to help you achieve your design goals. W e have purchased an entire home full of furniture from Rugs, lighting, Bedroom Furniture and living Room furniture. There has been a problem with almost every piece. Everything was damaged, made poorly or delayed almost a year. The delivery company is horrible, not good at all and loses merchandise also. The only good thing in the experience was they did replace almost every piece but reaching management to get this done is lengthy and difficult. If I had to do it again- I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. read more

I came here seeking out furniture for my home and I was never greeted! The customer service is non existent ...! I said hello to a sales woman on the floor and she said hi and scurried past me. The associate there saw me and never uttered a word. read more

I had an outstanding experience at the MGBW store at Scottsdale Fashion Plaza. From my interactions with the personnel in the showroom, to the design specialist who came to my home, and even the delivery personnel were all superb. I am completely in love with the look and quality of the piece I bought from them. read more

I came to the mall not realizing it was closed and the lady working there was already outside in her car and saw me trying to open the door when they were closed. She was so nice and offer to let us in even though she had already locked up honestly made my day! Best customer service ever, and sweetest lady ever! read more

What a wonderful experience working with Amy. She spent a great deal of time helping my husband and I select several pieces of furniture for our new home. Her insight into what would work best for our needs and taste was invaluable. There was no need for us to shop other stores. She advised the manufacturer would ship the furniture in approximately 3 weeks (although it arrived sooner), and Susan coordinated delivery and made sure it arrived at our home on the exact date and time of day we requested due to time constraints on our part. The attention and courtesies we received from the moment we walked into the store though delivery and placement in our home was exceptional. Ginny R read more

I was moving to a new city across the US and was looking to start a new life in that city which meant starting with some new furniture. Great choices and American made! I understand everythign is hand made and isn't just sitting around, but really getting a great quality with a unique design was top of my mind. I ordered before COVID stuck all of us and Mikayla helped me through the entire process, even when the manufacturing was shut down. I had them hold my order because I wasn't sure when I was moving because of said COVID. When I did eventually move after a delay, I chose my apt without even visiting. When actually arriving, I noticed that it might be a really tight fit for the couch I ordered. They promptly sent out a crew to perform measurements and the couch I ordered wasn't going to fit (barely). So to be safe Mikayla worked with me to get something different that met my needs. Emailing me photos of different options, etc. This isn't "Bob's Furniture Warehouse", you are getting top quality with excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone looking for something of great quality to look here and compare what you pay for with other companies. Appreciate the assistance through this difficult time! read more

This store has excellent customer service as well as beautiful furniture! My sales person/designer, Amanda is fantastic! First, she came to my house and helped me with designing ideas and I bought three pieces. Very happy with them, they look great. Since then Amanda has been there for me when shopping for other items to finish my rooms, absolutely the best! Ask for her when you go there, excellent! read more

Do not purchase furniture here , they have the absolute worst customer service of any furniture store we have dealt with in Scottsdale . They never call you back when there is an issue , we have to constantly call them and still get no satisfaction . One of many pieces that we purchased came in damaged , waiting over 3 months for replacement and still not in . Plenty of other furniture stores in Scottsdale to buy from , pass on this one. read more

Fantastic, quality furniture! made in the USA. My wife and I have purchased a few pieces over the years at MG+BW. I was looking for one of their discontinued furniture items at their Costa Mesa, California location and the local manager directed me to the Scottsdale location which had it in stock. The manager Denica called me to arrange the purchase. Wow, the level of customer service was really amazing. The Scottsdale store did indeed have the piece, and since it was just one item, the manager arranged to have it added to one of their existing cross country delivery trucks and have it brought to CA for me for Free! I'm sure that doesn't happen everyday, but this small token of help was much appreciated. I was in Scottsdale in March 2017 for vacation and I dropped in the store with some cookies for Denica and the staff. What an impressive showroom, gorgeous displays of most of their high quality furniture and located in the best shopping plaza in Scottsdale. While this furniture does cost on the moderate to pricey side, Denica was helpful again and let me know when all the best sales were during the year. You guys have made a loyal customer for life. Please keep up the great work and customer service! read more
