I had a very disappointing experience at Mitcham Hotel on 20 September 2025. A staff member (Millie) was unnecessarily aggressive toward my friend and later shouted at me when I tried to calm things down. When I asked to speak to a manager, another staff member (Alanah) claimed she was a manager but was dismissive and laughed with the staff involved, which felt very unprofessional. read more

I went there with Emina for Lunch this afternoon and I had the Glazier's Steak Sandwich with Chips and a Raspberry Lemonade to drink. Emina had the Caesar Salad with Chicken and a glass of water. There was gristle in the steak so the manager offered me a $2 refund but I would avoid buying the Glazier's Steak Sandwich unless you want gristle. read more

Look, being honest, this place was rather tacky. In a way it really felt as if it needed a complete makeover, especially the sportsbar out the back, which was where I ended up. Actually, it seemed that there was only one way into that part of the pub, and that was via a stairwell around the back. Oh, and as for beers, well, don't expect much because, honestly, there really isn't a huge range at all. read more

Soup used to be a favourite of mine here. Recently though it is watered down so much would be better off with packet variety. Stale rolls too. Salad had potential but was 90% greens. read more
