He was helpful in calling other Budgets to check inventory, but when he hit a 2 hr perimeter, we moved on. - Silly "Reservation" policy: While you can reserve moving trucks from 16-26 ft for any date on the website, THIS DOES NOT RESERVE A TRUCK. Per Budget Policy, a rep checks truck availability in your area THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR RENTAL and will call the night before if one is not available. We did not receive a call. With all the hassles of planning a move, not having a truck at the VERY LAST moment is a huge issue. Pay the extra $100 for a more reliable vendor. I got there at 503 and they close at 5. Not a sole insight inside the building to try to get there attention. I think they closed long before 5 o'clock bc of somebody was in that building the phone ringing off the hook would have been impossible to ignore.
