Second, they had cars available for the next day. Third, we got a free upgrade to a BMW X5 (we booked A4/3-series class), some leftover gas in it which was marked as empty, and a USB-C cable. Really streamlined process, got on the road in no time. Dropped the car off after hours with no issues. No bs in the receipt. Thanks for the great service!

I want to give a special shout-out to David for going above and beyond to help me with an issue…read morethat he honestly didn't have to deal with. I had been given incorrect information by Budget customer service, which left me frustrated and unsure of how to resolve the situation. David took the time to listen, look into the issue, and actually help me get it resolved. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. He could have easily told me it wasn't his responsibility, but instead he went out of his way to help and that made a huge difference. People like David are what make a company stand out. I truly appreciate his effort and excellent customer service. Thank you, David, for taking the extra steps. Your kindness truly made a difference and saved our trip from ending in disaster. We will be forever grateful!

The car we initially got from the airport had problems and we were directed by the customer to drive to this location. After we got here we found out they can't just switch out the car. This would have been frustrating but David was incredibly helpful, empathetic and treated us like people and not an upsell. He told us we could get the car fixed at a nearby pep boys at no cost. 10/10 would recommend getting your rental at this specific location because David is awesome. If your car has problems, ask customer service where you can get your car fixed or get towed back to your original branch.

If I could give negative stars I would. This location should not be in business…read more This Russian speaking employee/owner could care less about customer service. He fabricates charges and my $54 cheap rental car ended up being $368. He basically has the attitude of his word against mine. DO NOT use this location. I called to dispute the crazy charges and he made up charges after the fact to charge me! He decided to charge me $176 per day on a vehicle that is the cheapest one they offered at $54 per day!! This is absolutely crazy and absurd. I have never had such a negative, corrupt experience. Seems like someone is needing money and running business extremely shady. DO NOT RENT from this location at the old Radisson Hotel by Valley Forge Casino. I would think the real owners of Budget would want to replace this guy or take the franchise from him. The worst experience ever. In complete shock. Had to dispute the charges with my bank.

In short, On our moving day, we left after 50 minutes with no truck available & we were later…read morecharged a $75 no-show fee (had to call CS for credit). + The best part of this Budget Truck Rental is its proximity to a fully stocked, Penske Truck rental that accepts walk-ins (thank goodness) + Pleasant staff: even in a pinch they were nice and tried to be helpful. - Hard to find: No signage & the shop is in the Radisson Hotel Lobby of the VF Casino. - Low Moving Truck Availability: We were intrigued by the super cheap rental price, reserved a 26 ft truck for our big move, and received two very cordial calls from corporate call center confirming our rental. However, when we showed up on moving day we were asked to wait 20 minutes for the manager who 'just stepped out', only for him to tell us 20 minutes later that there was no 26' truck available, only a 16 ft truck. He was helpful in calling other Budgets to check inventory, but when he hit a 2 hr perimeter, we moved on. - Silly "Reservation" policy: While you can reserve moving trucks from 16-26 ft for any date on the website, THIS DOES NOT RESERVE A TRUCK. Per Budget Policy, a rep checks truck availability in your area THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR RENTAL and will call the night before if one is not available. We did not receive a call. With all the hassles of planning a move, not having a truck at the VERY LAST moment is a huge issue. Pay the extra $100 for a more reliable vendor. Also - one funny note: the glowing positive review is the manager of this location.
