I ended up doing three visits, and during each one she was patient, kind, thorough, and had every attribute I would expect of a good doctor. She's a bit old-school, but I found this approach to be genuinely helpful in her analysis. However, as another recent review stated, she is just completely IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I have had billing questions for her and have left her no less than 4 phone messages and multiple emails as well, and have not heard a single word back. When I brought this up to her during an appointment last summer, she mentioned they had a new phone system, and maybe that's understandable for a few weeks--but it's now been over eight months of trying to get a hold of her, and she is completely unresponsive.
