They take my car in right away so I am not waiting half a day for minor things. They explain what is wrong and options without "mansplaining" and they make me feel like a valued customer. These guys (all of them and manager too) stayed open longer for me......fixed ny stuck tranny to get me home, and then didn't even charge me. WOW !!!! He tried fixing my car when he shouldn't have because he didn't even know what he was doing. He temporary fixed it and a week later same problem happen again. How does that happened when u replaced my car with new parts??? Also he broke the latch to pop my front hood and tried to say it was already broken. How would it already be broken if u had to pull it to fix my car???. So I took it to another guy...the mechanic said the part was glued together!! So I dished out 300$ to Peter and than another 900 to the other mechanic. After finding all that out I tried calling him. All the employees kept covering for him saying he was busy. I left messages and he never called. I had to actually go in to the store because when he supposedly fix my car he did not put all the screws back in place!!!... Worse place to go!!!!!! I went to Mr. Lube last week to change oil for my car. the guys welcomes me at first and started to…read morechange the oil. While changing the oil they started selling me other services and they claimed that must be done and tried to convince me and leave me in a fear mood of if not doing that!!! When rejected one of the services the manager got upset from me and turned his face. they changed one of the parts after the other guy was pushing to change it and he said it is faulty and need to change it will save you gas, they changed it but couldn't install back, I was waiting for the manager to help but he came to help after 15 minutes because he served other car who came after me. They tried to convince me to change the transmission oil and they said it is in bad situation, You know what, I got it changed recently before going to Mr. Lube. They lift marks and figure prints on my hood, so after that I went to clean my car. BE CAREFUL This shop will try to oversell you and they cheat to make money. I will ever never go back to them.
