Transmission crapped out on me. Needed a new one. They fixed another problem I was having which was…read morecausing a problem and gave me a recommendation on how to fix a third. I don't think they looked at anything they didn't directly need to. Not really above and beyond service but other then the cost I didn't have much to complain about. Transmission fixed and better then before. So I'm good to go even if I'm $3200 poorer. Dangnabit.

They take my car in right away so I am not waiting half a day for minor things. They explain what is wrong and options without "mansplaining" and they make me feel like a valued customer.
