I got another 33 bucks out of her on the lease and im gonna try and get her to get more and they both laughed. He glanced over at me and walked away. I then texted my gf and told her to STOP and come to where I was. 2mins later she came and I told her they were trying to rip her off on the lease price. We were discussing leaving and the sales guy came to get her back and he said anything wrong. I told her to take care of it. She turned and said to him ...oh I've changed my mind. We are going for a 33 dollar bite to eat...He looked dumbfounded and i started laughing. He looked over and it was like a bell when off when he saw my face and we were together. Shady

When my windshield was cracked this summer by a flying stone, I was pretty rattled. At this point,…read moreI've never had to fix something like this on my car or attempt to make an insurance claim. I called around to a few places in London that did windshield repair. Some people on the phone could not give me a price off the bat, others would, but would ask me if I was going through insurance and leave me in the dark as to what that all meant and the implications of it. When I called Autostrata, the experience over the phone was totally different. I explained that this was my first incident and I've never had to do anything like this before. She clearly explained how the insurance worked and described to me the process. While it would cost me a bit more out of pocket to get my windshield fixed here, I was willing to pay more due to the service level I was receiving and the warrantees included. When I arrived at the garage, I was driven to my house for the afternoon by their driver and was picked up a few hours later when the job was complete. They explained to me the instructions to ensure the window settled properly and processed the claim directly with my insurance company. i was expecting a very frustrating process, luckily this was not the case with Autostrada and I would choose them again if I need to! Their staff is kind, helpful, and they do an amazing job!
