Put a sign up that says no dogs inside the building and I'll change it to 5 stars…read more This place has top notch ice cream. But I'm allergic to dogs. Especially long haired dogs. And I had to wait in line today as expected on a summer evening. And someone was in there with their dog. Not a service dog. Such a mangy pet. Not only that, but the dog was licking something from a cup on the floor. Sounds like a major sanitation red flag. Not only is that wildly disgusting but it's not exactly the experience I was looking for when o wanted ice cream tonight. I didn't ask for an allergy attack and dog hair in my ice cream. There's ZERO reason for a dog to be inside this small space with open ice cream. Foul.

We also bought 2 sleeves of ice cream 'wheels' to take home. I love ice cream wheels and often get them from Carvel..... but the ice cream wheels from Jean's are the BEST!! We also bought the mixed ice cream wheels and can't wait to try the different flavors. We will definitely be back!! Sharen C

We went around 4, and there was a line in front of us. Not a problem, except that instead of helping the customers, one out of the two girls working was watching videos out loud on her phone. It took quite some time to place our order because only one of the employees was working. The prices were also very high, especially for the quality. I had the cheesecake cookie monster in a sugar cone. The flavor was really nice, but sadly there were large chunks of ice all throughout and only two pieces of cookie. My mom had a hot fudge sundae. Her ice cream was good, but the fudge was cold, clumpy, and some globs were just burnt fudge. There were plenty of tables and chairs outside, but sadly most of them were unable to be used as they were filled with garbage and smears of food. I sadly will not return, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.
