Disappointing. Mister policy is that they won't wash the back of your vehicle because "this is a 'express car wash' and it slows things down". We've been using this car wash for years (back when it was Bush Car Wash), and for the last year or so we've subscribed to the Platinum monthly wash for multiple vehicles. When I asked today to make sure the back of the truck was washed, I was told they would as a 1x exception, as "it's always been policy to not wash the back of the vehicle". WHY AM I PAYING FOR MULTIPLE 'PLATINUM' CAR WASH SUBSCRIPTIONS IF THE ENTIRE VEHICLE ISN'T WASHED? Apparently the joke is on me. ;) I spoke with the manager and calmly asked them to pass up the chain of command that we'll be taking our business elsewhere, the 'policy that's always been in place' was never communicated, and that they should consider washing the entire vehicle to meet customer expectations. And the funny sidebar, even though they made a 1x exception to wash the tailgate (which they said wasn't actually dirty as I pulled in), the front and back are still dirty - and no wheel shine was applied (part of platinum subscription). After the wash, a big piece of my rear paneling was ripped away (still connected) from my car. I immediately noticed the damage. I previously there had been an unaligned edge (has been this way for years with no issue.) Because there was "pre existing damage" - meaning they could see an imperfection - they did NOTHING about the damage their car wash caused. Didn't clean my car. So they tell me its because of my bumper which makes sense but the same guy took my payment when I went through initially. Waste of time and it doesn't do a very good job as you can see on attached pictures I took right after. Stay away and save your $$ read more

I have been going to this car wash for over a year. I have a vehicle with aftermarket's lights. Never once have I been told that I cannot go through. Today I try to use the car wash and the attendant tells me the manager told him that because I have aftermarket lights they cannot allow me to use the wash. I asked if they have recently changed the policy. He says no the manager just said that I cannot go through. Well in that case, I will never use the car wash again. Just used this car wash. Guy standing at entrance to push buttons for you, then asks for a tip. Bad taste. Terrible result. No front brushes so front windshield didn't get cleaned. Complained and went through a second time. No improvement. read more

I have a 2020 car that was scratched in their wash. There is even blue cloth from the wash right next to the scratches which start at the front of the car and go around the side. Their defense was they could see my car coming out of the car wash and no scratches, I sent the car through again when we all know it was scratched and you still couldn't see them. I went through the car wash mainly to get my undercarriage washed after going on muddy roads. After leaving the wash and getting home my car was still dirty, dirt running down the back, on the back bumper, on my mud flaps and undercarriage. I returned to the car wash and the manager was beyond rude. He explained that the car wash wasn't supposed to actually clean my wheel wells or undercarriage. I have been dealing with this carwash executives about an employee harassing me and threatening me, i am a senior disabled man. This carwash changed their narrative and actually had 3 FINAL investigations done. The narative they liked was the last investigation done by Zack C. The lies fit their narative this time. I had pmenty of evidence to show executives above Zack( regional manager) because of the lies and cover-up, I will no longer go to any mister carwash and I would not go there if I were you, I always have to go through 3 times just to get my truck cleaned properly. This place is excellent! I have a monthly car wash pass and it makes it easy to go in as much as I want to get my car washed. The staff is very friendly and always smile. Sometimes the lines are a little long, but hopefully they'll open up another one in town. The negative reviews are all because their car fell apart. It's not the carwashes fault for this. The staff are very friendly. However I am told company's policy is they do not pre-scrub the sides of your car, and the automatic brushes do not get the car clean. So if you you expect a clean car after going through a car wash, go to a different business. read more

The first time I took my car to wash the road grime off of the car, the attendant walked around the car putting a sleeve on the back window wiper, folding the side mirrors in towards the car. Not once did he look at the windshield. I was pulled in to the car wash and the sides and tires were hosed off. The first swipe of the flying brush the wind shield cracked and I heard something hit the wind shield. I got through and told the attendant right away that they had cracked my windshield. I filled out a report with the other attendant and they took pictures. I called the guy that was on the form and he proceeded to tell me that it was a pre-existing issue with the window. And he wasn't going to pay for the repair, and he came and looked at the car and said see here is a rock chip and your shield could have cracked at any time. I told him there was no rock chips in the window prior to going to their car wash. He then stated that they won't pay for anything to repair. I would not recommend this place in the least if you value your car. There are multiple car washes in town that have done much better. I have regretted going to this place. They didn't have a camera prior to the car entering their place they were only looking at the pictures after the windshield cracked. read more

When Bush Car Wash Came to Walla Walla I was very excited. With Roasters coffee Shop right next door...well..winner winner!! Great coffee great prices and great staff! I used Bushes car wash fairly frequently so I decided to purchace an unlimited pass. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Service was hit and miss. Some days the wash was just okay, windows not clean and bugs still left on grill. I didn't always have time to wait in line to get the "free" rerun. So I would have to leave with a not so good wash. Other times it was a acceptable wash for the money. I complained to the worker who sent me to management who sent me to customer service. Well...that's where things went south. I told the lady on the phone my delima and she said I could UPGRADE...Really? Do the undercarriage and wax. But I related to her I should have NO BUGS on my grill and the Windows should be clean with even the most basic wash. I gave her a few options to satisfy me as a customer. Her response was if I wasn't willing to upgrade so as not to have that bug problem she couldn't help me. Horrible customer service. Took my car to get washed and the power antenna broke off. One of the employees noticed and asked me if the employee who inspects cars before they enter told me to put the antenna down and they obviously hadn't told me anything. So the employee apologized and got my info, said they were going to fix it for free since they have insurance for when things like that happen. They told me to expect a call and never did I receive a call. I called them after about a month and they told me that they couldn't fix the antenna because of the year of my car. I, along with my wife, are average drivers and prefer to have our cars washed in mechanical washes like Bush Car Wash. We purchased a packet of 5 tickets and believe for the price we get an awful good car wash. Staff is very professional and friendly. Although the equipment is still new, it works very good and both of our cars come out looking very good. We are very happy with the results. Time wise, it doesn't take that long.
