They broke my car and don't want to compensate for the damage. I came here on July 30 of 2025. The spoiler was torn off inside the wash tunnel. I filed a claim, and they told me to wait. I called them about 15 times in total, almost every day for the next week, but nothing happened. I came there in person a couple of days ago, but the managers were not there. I tried to contact the customer service both via email and phone - nobody answers. Hello, you broke my car and I have to run after you? Today I got there again and luckily, the managers were present. Finally, they told me that they don't see their fault in this incident, even though the footage clearly shows their dryers blowing off the spoiler off the trunk. They told me the spoiler was already bad and that the other cars don't have those issues. I was OK for them to compensate at least for the part cost, but they said no and offered me 2 wash passes, which is insulting and way beyond the spoiler cost. At this point, it is not about money for me. I will never go there again. read more

There dryers don't work well half the car is wet and you have to carry your own towels to dry your car

I personally talked to the attendant and requested that my membership be stopped because I move to my other house in Reno during the winter and there are no mister car washes there, she scanned my windshield tag and said all was taken care of, ( but guess what) the auto payment was still taken out of my account (I'm not surprised) watch out for dishonest business practices everywhere it seems to be the norm these days. HORRIBLE SCRATCHED MY CAR DO NOT COME! It was my first time coming and I got the number two wash only to be finished in less than a minute and after inspecting my car see dirt left all over. So I came back to try and get a refund but all they were able to offer was a complimentary platinum wash which I thought had to be great. Absolutely damaged my car way more. Tore the bumper off breaking the clips and cracking some parts of my bumper. I now have to replace and get a whole new bumper AND I have to get new paint on some areas of my car due to the deep scratches it left on my vehicle. I've been through this car wash so many times and nothing is serious has ever happened to my vehicle. This car wash that caused the damage was really aggressive the machines washing the car were banging on my car I can literally HEAR the machines scratching my car it was so painful to listen to like nails on a chalk board. After the incident we had to wait for over 30 MINUTES for a manager to come out 30 MINUTES in this heat. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted my time and my money. They give absolutely no respect for us customers. They only care about their money absolutely disgusting. If you have a nice new car take it elsewhere hand wash or go to a self wash car wash. Went to go get my car washed, not only do they not have the prices posted when you enter the long drive through, the workers are very disconnected and clearly don't like their job. After the car wash none of the vacuums work and the workers didn't even have the courtesy to notify the customers that the vacuums were down to give them another option at another car wash. They did not even leave their post and just shrugged her shoulders and said the vacuums didn't work. 15 minutes later a manager finally came out and apologized and gave me a free car wash, which I don't wanna use because I'm never patronizing this business again. I think the whole point of the checkout is that you are able to do it yourself. I had an employee approach me and do it for me. I don't think that was necessary especially when you are being pushed to choose the more expensive options. I chose one of the midsize options. I believe the $12 wash. First and foremost they don't prescribe your car before going in. Just a quick windshield sweep and that's it. Ok no biggie however as you're coming out of the car wash the drying is so poor. There is no one there to dry your car afterwards. The vacuums are weak. I would suggest instead of using manpower helping you at self checkout... it should be used for a quality car wash. read more

The one thing I don't like is, there is not one line designated for members, but it hasn't been too busy for it to matter too much yet. He's a wonderful salesman as well, and he convinced me to get the $30 month plan for my other car. If you want excellent customer service, go to J (his name was J). Took my little convertible in and somehow on the top of the convertible it made a dent. My car was immaculate and I know it happened there . They would not fix this for me. This is the second time for this happened . It did damage to my other vehicle. They say going through it doesn't do any damage it does I had a friend that was taking his vehicle and every time he did it bent up his license plate. Now I wash my car is at home. I was so excited to see they were reopen after having been shut down for a while due to corona. I pulled in with my children in car waited in about a 7 minute line get up to pay and the girl tells me that they are only allowing members to get washes. There were no signs or anything saying this so people wouldn't waste their time in line. When I told her oh you guys should really put a sign up she said oh but we don't want to discourage people from coming. I couldn't believe that response that's exactly why you need a sign I would have been far less irritated if I could have read a sign stating this instead of waiting to have her tell me so then being stuck behind other cars and waiting probably close to another ten minutes to be able to pull out through their little exit spot. Was infuriating waiting close to twenty minutes with my three kids in the car for nothing. I definitely won't be returning to Mister even when they are providing service to us non members. So I went to Rapid Xpress Carwash instead where they were happy to take my business my car got squeaky clean and they have a new loyal customer. mr car wash on 16th in merced is terrible I signed up on the app on my phone and decided to try it out, went after work i chose the 32.99 deal went through car wash came out soap running down my car soap spots on car, I asked an attendent if that was normal he said no maybe your car was extra dirty Tun it through again so I did second time came out worse soap spots on my car took out most of them. then i went to ask attendrnt to cancel my membership, now I had signed up that same day. i told the attendant that this car wash was no good and wanted a refund she said she would cancel my membership but would have someone call me the next day to refund me. Someone did call me and he said because I canceled my membership he could not help with refund that I would have to call the hotline. Wow I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. hung up and called again then holding service stated it would be 60 minutes to be on hold. they could keep my $32.99. Rip off!! so angry! I have had a membership for 10 years with Prime Shine which is now Mister car wash. It seems like the service these days is not what it used to be. I was going through the wash yesterday and someone also in line must have hit their brakes because the wash stopped. This happens sometimes when people are new to the car wash, the issue is when the brushes stopped, it did not wash the back of my vehicle. I was already late to a meeting so I could not ask them to re-wash it at that time and came back first thing in the morning. I explained what happened but I was told a re-wash must be right away. I understand that some people might try to scam but in this case you could obviously see only half of the vehicle was washed. My membership is for a commercial Fleet so we pay per wash at a discounted rate. Instead of them just washing the truck again, I had to pay to go through. Not the best way to do business, there's another car wash in town that has the option of unlimited and fleet plans that I will be looking into.
