I am able to text her to set up appointments, usually with just a couple days notice and I appreciate that big time. To my knowledge, there is also an online portal where you can set appointments. I always tip 20% and am happy enough with the cut Then like the previous reviewer says...she starts cancelling the appointments you confirm online and leaves you in the lurch. Well, she has her own rad studio complete with LSU and Saints memorabilia. The salon is small and located inside of the My Salon Suites in room 301 to the left of the doors. Theresa does a great job with my husband's hair and I tired of the long waiting time and the choppy cuts at kids salon. I was able to schedule an appointment online for my three year old and were seen promptly. My son was laughing throughout his haircut. He loved her tickling machine (a massager) His favorite part was having his hair washed at the end of his cut. He looked so relaxed like he was going to fall asleep! He also had his face wrapped with a warm lavender towel. A lollipop, a great cut, great price and she spiked it for him.
