    How often do you close early? I was here about 1:30 today (Sunday) and shop was already closed up and we were really bummed.

    We are not open on Sunday's. Once in awhile we do open for a few hours, but we do not post hours on Sunday's. I'm sorry we missed you, we are open min-sat 10-6pm. We hope you'll come back again soon!

    I feel like I have a lot to say about this company, but I will try to keep it short…read more They didn't honor their "Receive 10% OFF Your Next Purchase Just for Mentioning Our Web Site." I asked them twice but they said the items we rented were too expensive to give a discount on. It wasn't worth arguing about since my wedding materials were at stake, but as you can imagine it royally angered me and left me feeling taken advantage of. Next on the list: I asked them a total of 6 times (2 phone calls, 1 visit, and 3 emails) to send me an order invoice. I only got it nearly 2 months after I originally rented with them. They cited a problem with their "scanner" every time- although I eventually got a PDF. I was charged a mysterious "D.W./T" fee of around $70 on top of delivery charges. I asked what it was and was told it was "tax". And just so we are clear on taxing services: "If the true object of the contract is the service per se, the transaction is not subject to tax even though some tangible personal property is transferred. For example, a firm which performs business advisory, record keeping, payroll and tax services for small businesses and furnishes forms, binders, and other property to its clients as an incident to the rendition of its services is the consumer and not the retailer of such tangible personal property. The true object of the contract between the firm and its client is the performance of a service and not the furnishing of tangible personal property." http://www.boe.ca.gov/lawguides/business/current/btlg/vol1/sutr/1501.html On the plus side, when I visited the location, the clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the only reason I gave this business two stars instead of one is that the delivery and pick-up went seamless and without hindrance. On my wedding day I didn't even notice either event took place- which is how it should be. My advice to this company is that good-faith and honest business will do better for profits in the long run than dishonesty and nickle-and-dimeing. I really hope they get their act together. I have clearly failed in my attempt at brevity.

    This is the second time I rented from them, shame on me to give them another shot because we try to…read moresupport local businesses. I returned items and they charged me for a table clothes I never received, I left a message stating that when I was setting up the party. I tried to explain to the receiving dept girl who did not speak English and then called to explain to the owner. She said I was racist! Then I just rented for our christmas party, we over estimated the chairs called to change understanding I would not get refund for the change, I was shorted two chairs on the lowered qty of chairs, I called them immediately left voicemail so I wouldn't get charged for the shorted chairs. Also ordered two additional tables that we didn't receive and had to improvise at a moments notice. Also two of the tables of the (4) didn't lock, they collapsed when leaned on. Again had to fix them, used tools to make them lock. Also your hours are ridiculous and don't match the site so no one is available when there is a discrepancy. Probably shorter hours because their customer service is so bad the business is suffering! It appears all is designed to charge customers for what they don't receive or received by the customer damaged. Then the fight is on. And you're called a Racist because someone doesn't speak English and can't understand the problem... Do not order anything from this company they are not organized and their rentals are junk...
