Such a clutch call! I had a brilliant idea to add balloons to my daughter's 5th grade dance "getting ready party" 24 hours before it started. I know nothing about decorations, balloons included. Tina took care of everything and I was able to pick up the balloons in time! read more

I am sad to write this as I did get what I ordered. But $80 for one dozen latex balloons and two gold number balloons?!?!??? That's outrageous! I called and placed that order and did not ask the price, my mistake. I called the day of to confirm the pick up time and was told my total was $80.00! I was shocked. One dozen solid color balloons at a grocery store is $19.99. I called every store around and no one had the gold numbers I needed. So I kept my order with San Clemente Balloons and picked them up. This business is run out of their garage and the balloons were what I ordered. I'm still sick over the price. I'm all for businesses making a profit, especially a small business - but that much mark up is unacceptable. It looks like they do nice work on large balloon arches and larger orders ... but if you have a small order, please consider using someone else. read more

We worked with Tina and she was beyond easy to work with. Prices fair, delivered on time and quality work. Thanks Tina.

San Clemente Balloons did a phenomenal job creating a decorative balloon wall for our rehearsal dinner. Tina was able to match all the colors for our son's wedding, adding clever details for a truly creative appearance. The team coordinated with our rehearsal dinner restaurant for the perfect size and location. The balloon wall became "The Place" for photos. Thank you for making our event truly special!! read more

Ordered balloons for my Husband's Birthday and our three year old boy. We love balloons in our family and thought this private business will deliver a better quality than Party City.. Delivery was on time and cost $25.. Purchased balloons for over $100 which is twice more expensive than Party City, $3 per balloon and $15 for large letters and shapes. One letter broke right away and the following day more than half of the balloons are floating on the floor, small, out of air.. The service is good, the quality is bed for the money, we won't be back. read more

Excellent service! Great communication and quality, along with timely delivery! Recommend this company for your celebration needs!

I called to order balloons for my Dad' s birthday. First call, I left a VM and did not receive a reply back. I called again, and was told to go on to Instagram and pick something out that I liked. Not helpful at all. Called back, again, and told Tina I wanted a specific arrangement. $100.00 + $25.00 Delivery fee. She took down my information and details and said she would send me her VENMO so I could pay that way. Her request. Dad's birthday came and went and no delivery. So glad I didn't say anything. I understand she/they are busy with graduation, but if I was just told they could not do it, I would understand and would have gone with something else. Very disappointed. read more

We have used San Clemente balloons in the past and really like them , but the last two times they have not lived up to our expectations. What we received was not what we ordered, and when we called ...their response was less than acceptable. It is very simple. when you don't receive what you expected to get and you relay that to the provider all they had to say was sorry and is there anything that I can do to make this better for you? instead we got crickets and not a single word was said. I think that's terrible customer service and I'm sad that i've had to turn to Yelp. I've never used yelp before, but feel like it's in my best interest to let others know that really all you have to do is say " I'm sorry, is there anything I can do to make this situation better for you? It's very simple and it is as easy as that. read more

THANK YOU SO MUCH San Clemente balloons for coming to the rescue for my brother and sister-in-laws gender reveal! After ordering a gender reveal balloon online from another local business (not San Clemente Balloons) I thought that I wasn't going to be able to go through with our plans because the balloon we received the morning of the gender reveal was purple and not black like we had ordered. Because the balloon was purple you could see the confetti inside the balloon completely defeating the purpose of popping the balloon for the big reveal. I was so devastated and thought I would have to tell my brother and sister-in-law the gender reveal wouldn't be able to happen like they had been hoping and waiting for when San Clemente Balloons SAVED the day! They were the first number I called knowing it was a shot in the dark but we were able to pick up a black gender reveal balloon within 30 minutes! I am SO beyond grateful! Tina is amazing, responsive and very helpful. She is also very nice and personable. I'm happy to support a local small business!

Our local party store was out of helium and we were nervous to use the disposable helium tanks since they have such mixed reviews. We were in a pinch and Yelped balloon companies. Tina was flexible with meeting times and blew up our huge foil balloons quickly before our party. We brought them on fishing line with the intent of making our own balloon arch. Tina suggested the line may be too thin and gave us thicker lines to get the job done. Worked like a charm and the balloons looked great! Thank you for being so kind and helpful! read more

I contacted them for my daughter's first birthday and they did an amazing job. It was exactly what I had wanted and more. All my guests gave compliments on the decor. Tina was also very kind, responsive and prompt. I got to the venue early and the balloons were already up and the room looked fantastic! If you plan birthday parties, especially milestone ones, you know how stressful it can be. Just give Tina your vision and she'll give it wings, giving great recommendations and ideas for a better execution. She made it stress free for me. I literally just showed up and I was the host! Will use them again for sure! read more

Tina was one of the most amazing people I have ever worked with. The process was easy from beginning to end. I knew the theme I wanted and she helped make my vision a reality. The communication and her responsiveness was off the chart. She was prompt and reliable and everything was put in place before our guest arrived. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be using her again. read more

I highly recommend this company for your party needs. They provide exactly what you want exactly when you need it. The balloons were high quality which enabled us to decorate & man-handle them without them popping! I am happy I found this small business to support. I will be back!! read more

I was referred to Tina by a friend who used SCB for her twins bday party. I wanted to have balloons delivered for my daughters birthday 6/2. I contacted Tina back on 5/3 via text and received response to call her tomorrow. I called her and she was so abrupt saying "hold on" to me I was a little caught off guard. When she came back on the phone she clearly did not remember any info from my text which detailed date, bday etc. I decided to not worry because she was referred by a very good friend. She asked me to text her and she would send pictures. She responded asking what my daughter likes. I responded and she told me to go to yelp and look at pictures. I did that and called her next day. She was clearly overwhelmed telling me all the orders she had and didn't even pretend she knew who I was! I sent her pictures from her yelp page showing what I liked. She asked me to do that. This was May 7th. I never heard back from her!!! This is completely unacceptable!!! I built , owned and operated a small retail business for 8 1/2 years. Customer service and referrals is what keeps businesses going! I would NEVER not contact someone back!! After 10 days and no response I wrote this review. I'm trying to pay you $ to deliver balloons for my daughters birthday and you treated me like dirt! I wasn't waiting for her and since ordered from another company who clearly responds and wants referrals. Normally, I would not take the time to write a review like this, but perhaps this is the only way SCB will realize they lost my business, my friend who referred me and everyone else we know!! As a small business owner myself I can not imagine not returning a text/call from customer. I've worked retail my entire career and this was awful. Plus, I know she got my text because it shows "read". Support a business that responds and treats you like a customer, not this one. read more

I used SC Balloons for our 2018 New Year's Eve party. Tina installed a 300 balloon drop for the kids at the party... it was a HUGE hit! Her & Philip came to our home the day before to inspect our ceiling to insure it could b done, then showed up the next day to install it. They were very professional, courteous and super helpful. I will definitely use their services again. Happy New Year! read more

The owner was incredibly helpful! Her balloon design really made my event special. It's a class A business operation.

I've used San Clemente Balloons for multiple parties. Tina is so friendly and helpful. They deliver amazing balloons that are easy to separate. My mom forgot to send my son bday balloons and was able to get same day delivery service from SC Balloons that were absolutely beautiful. He loves them! It was the biggest acknowledgment for him to have someone deliver such a huge arrangement for him. Love SC balloons! Always on time, ordering super easy over the phone and they deliver organized easy to separate balloons!! I would highly recommend San Clemente Balloons. I was tasked with throwing a last minute party for my grandma's 90th birthday and was overwhelmed at the thought of all the errands I'd have to run on the day of. I especially didn't want to have a car full of balloons getting tangled while driving around town. Fortunately, I came across San Clemente Balloons, and even though Tina was out of town, she was super responsive and helpful. It was so nice to have them delivered to the party and it instantly made the whole place look better. Next time I have a party, I'm definitely ordering from Tina. read more

This is the easiest and best way to get your balloons. I called Tina today and she is delivering my 54 birthday balloons to my house on Saturday. This is so much easier than trying to get them all in my car. No thank you! Not to mention that the other party stores will only sell you two dozen because of the helium shortage. SCB has a great variety and are very helpful in making suggestions. Thanks San Clemente Balloons. My party will be very festive thanks to your awesome balloons! read more

So far my experience with SC balloons has been great. Tina is super nice and helpful. Update: The arrangement was perfect. It was just as I imagined it and everyone loved it! The delivery was timely and the man that delivered it was super nice. One balloon popped and he quickly replaced it and even left a couple extras. Thank you San Clemente Balloons. Will definitely use them again. read more

I placed the order by phone for delivery a few weeks later. Communication from the owner was great - she made sure she understood the details of what I was looking for, and called the night before to confirm delivery specifics. I needed delivery as early in the morning as possible to surprise my wife, and they were very accommodating. A lot more (and larger!) balloons than I expected at the price. Thanks very much! read more

As a last minute idea I thought about adding helium balloons to a community gathering yesterday. Thinking there was about an hour before the event I took a chance and called SC Balloons to see if they'd deliver a bouquet. Not only did they show up early, but the price was perfect.
