BBL is best gym I have ever been to…read more Loleta and her team of trainers genuinely care about everyone that comes here. When you walk into the gym, everyone is hard at work, and it's such a motivating environment. I decided to come here after debating whether or not I wanted to compete in a Bikini competition and finally deciding to take the leap. After working out on my own for so many years, I decided it was time to really challenge myself and accomplish this goal. My trainer Christine was amazing in accommodating my schedule, and even competes herself! Loleta also provides meal and plans which are proven to work. What I love the most is the safe environment this gym provides. Being a young woman, it can be intimidating going to a gym by yourself at first, but everyone here treats you like family. Team Loleta!

As a result, I received unsolicited, unwanted attention from other members including requests for social media appearances. As an older member, her disclosure also caused me to feel singled out and scrutinized during my workouts. In a separate incident, the owner also resorted to Instagram after I was assisted by other members attempting to correct my form on an exercise I had just learned. She told her Instagram followers that I had a casual conversation with them, which she knew was not true because I had already explained to her what ACTUALLY happened. Nevertheless, she proceeded to ask her followers for "their thoughts", knowing exactly what those thoughts would be. This led to an attack on social media about my IQ and judgement. The owner's disclosure of my age without my consent, and her precipitating an attack on social media against me was extremely unprofessional.

Maybe the best gym I've joined. Not crowded. Plenty of equipment. Reasonable fees ($49/month). Very…read moreclean. The environment is great. I've never had any problems with equipment hoarding, people reserving equipment with a towel or bag, anybody sitting on a machine while on the phone, or serious lifters being too serious. If you're looking for a real gym and don't need it to be a country club, this is the best in Weston.

USI is super shady and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Go anywhere else…read more I was a member for a bit over 6 months. Due to the nature of my job, I'd purchase the weekly memberships (8 weeks for around $140) vs month to month which is $49/mo + $99 joining fee + mid year membership fee. I went to workout 1 day before a 6 week trip, and the front desk person said my membership expired that same day, and to work out I would need to buy a day pass ($20) I told him that made no sense as my membership expired that day and I should still be able to workout, so he proposed I pay the $20 and then once I came back from my trip, and purchase another membership, those $20 would be refunded. On Dec 4, 2022, I go to USI to purchase another membership. This time it was a 1 month rather than 8 weeks. I explain what happened with the day pass, and they tell me they can't honor that because I'm not getting a month to month membership.. so I was like OK whatever I'm not going to fight for $20. Come Jan 3, 2023, I go to USI and I'm told that my 1 month membership is actually 4 weeks and so it's not from Dec 4 until Jan 4, but it actually expired on Jan 1. And if I want to work out, I should buy another membership or a $20 day pass. I tried explaining and showed to the receptionist how in the email I received it says 1 month membership, not 4 weeks, and that none of that was previously explained to me. I refuse to give any more money to a place that clearly has no interest in honoring their word, maintaining a good relationship with their members, and is unable to own up to their employees mistakes. There's really nothing special in the gym: most of the machines are old (some broken), the locker room looks like storage room, zero basic member benefits (which by the way why charge their annual members an additional mid-year fee?), and the gym is packed with 12 year olds that hog machines for hours. Oh!And the personal trainers think they run that place, making members move, drop, leave machines they're reserving for later (outside of the personal training area). Save yourself a headache and workout somewhere else!

I originally got interested in boxing by trying out some workouts at 9-Round but I wanted to learn some better technique. Boy i didn't know how much I didn't know until I started at The Gym Boxing. Marty is an amazing guy - super friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. He has trained many professional athletes so he knows his stuff. He really focuses on technique and I feel I have learned a ton in the past year. I even had a one on one training session with him and it was awesome. The cardio classes here are fun and intense. They are definitely an awesome workout as I feel pretty spent after each session. There are people of all levels in the class and absolutely no judgement on beginners. There are many regulars that have been coming for years and everyone is very friendly. Overall if you are thinking about boxing or just getting in shape, I highly recommend The GYM Boxing as it has been awesome.
