I was craving some BBQ while traveling and found Mission BBQ. Great story, really good BBQ, friendly service and casual ambiance. When you walk in, the mission of Mission BBQ is very clear - good tasting (and smelling) BBQ and honoring our service members. They do a great job. The BBQ was really good. I had the two meat combo with brisket and sausage, along with some greens and cornbread. Very tasty and filling. I will return when I am in the area.

Great experience! Staff was friendly and explained the menu to me since it was my first time there. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, came out quick, and had ample portions. Bonus star for the military decor & even saw a LEO patch from home

Incredible brisket, jalapeño sausage and smoked wings! How they get the cheesy potatoes to be this good is amazing to me. Laura L is fantastic people making sure your experience is the best. She recommend the Georgia Mustard for the sausage and it was as the perfect pairing! If you have not tried this place, you are truly missing out!!

Mission BBQ is always excellent! The service was great, the food was pretty good, and the ambience is always chill. Definitely a solid choice. As always, I'm looking for Gluten Free options. I got the two meat plate with smoked Turkey and cheddar sausage. Coleslaw and baked beans are gluten free! I will definitely be back to a Mission BBQ, but I'm also trying to find a local favorite.

First off I wanna think Landon and the folks at Mission BBQ for hosting us women veterans today. This was so special to share with other female veterans as we had spent the day in Frankfurt, reading the proclamation from the governor viewing the women's exhibit at the Kentucky history Museum in Frankfurt it was so appreciated that they thought enough of us to give us food. The ambience in the place is very welcoming and warm. The staff is amazing and attentive. The food is very very tasty even if they weren't hosting us I would go back to this place. Thank you again so so much for what you did for us and what you do for those who serve be at local or federal you guys rock

Came here on Veteran's Day. Friend of mine is in "Kilroy" rebuilt WW2 military vehicles group. Order two sandwiches a pulled pork and shredded chicken. They run each about $9 but well worth it. Fresh and delicious. Table has about 6 varieties of BBQ sauces. At noon everyone stands/salutes the flag .

Pulled pork, baked beans, Cole slaw, Mac and cheese and cornbread! All fresh made in house!!!

The pulled pork was not hot. The French fries were cold and limp. Some of the sauce bottles were almost empty.

The colorful, fun signage actually made me feel more at ease, especially since "build-your-own" spots can feel a little overwhelming at first. I appreciated that they also had pre-made menu options for those of us who don't want to think too hard. I went with the Chicken Chipotle + Tortilla broth, and my boyfriend ordered a steak bowl, both were fresh, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot. Service: Smooth and welcoming Food: Fresh, healthy, and well-seasoned Environment: Clean, bright, and easy to navigate Now, the total came to $34.81, which is a bit on the pricier side, but in today's economy, that's becoming the norm. And for where I am in my health journey, being intentional about what I put into my body matters more than anything. For me, it was worth it. The Verdict: Worth it for a fresh, healthy option, especially when you want something quick but still aligned with your goals. If you're in the Louisville area, I'd definitely recommend checking out this spot, it's the only one here, and it delivers.

I decided to try the ahi tuna poke fire since I was mood for fish. They let me know that they don't have avocado and told me that I can picked one of those ingredients in substitute for avocado. I chose not to because I like all the ingredients and I was fine without avocado. It is very delicious. I enjoyed the meal a lot. The lady was very nice and understanding. I would like to come back again because the ingredients are all fresh and delicious.

Definitely not what you would expect from a restaurant with a 4.5 star rating. I got the marinated pork chops. You usually expect something that is marinated to be tender. These were pretty tough. We hadn't had a mozzarella wheel in ages. This was a good one, especially the marinara sauce. The beer battered cod with two sides is a great choice or the 2- or 4-pc fried chicken. If you're a fan of chicken fried chicken with gravy, this was a large portion. We tried the fried green tomatoes, broccoli slaw, mashed potatoes, and green beans as sides. The tomatoes came with a sauce and it had a kick of heat. We weren't big fans of the green beans, mainly because they took the flavor of the broth they'd been cooked in. The menu is huge. We noted we'd gotten a lot of fried items; however, The Goose offers more variety to avoid that. The space is large and can accommodate groups. The parking lot is shared with other businesses and has several spots.
