The beef rib meal is not cheap at $72, however, it is something that will blow your mind. It was more than my wife and I could finish, so it's plenty of food. The satisfaction of being served a giant smoked beef rib is hard to beat. After speaking with the owner Chef Bryan Jacobs for a short time during our first experience, I could tell that he was a humble man who accepted praise and criticism with grace. It is apparent that the goal of this business is to please its customers with a quality product. This barbecue is really something special and I highly recommend it.
