My husband called on Thursday, May 8th, and scheduled an appointment with Aisha. He informed her that the appointment was for our business--the same place they had done work before--and that they would need a 15-24 ft ladder to access the AC unit. The appointment was scheduled for Friday, May 9th. On Friday, I received a text stating that the technician was heading to my house. I called to confirm that they were going to the business and not my house, and Aisha answered. I verified the address and confirmed that she was aware a ladder was needed. However, she then stated that she was not made aware of this and that a $150 charge would be added for the safety of her technician, which I firmly believe is untrue! My husband was with me at the time, got on the phone, and reiterated that he had informed her. Aisha insisted that it was a $150 charge for the safety of her technician. I pointed out that we had work done at the same location in February of this year and were never advised of or charged an extra $150 for having a ladder brought to the location. She stated they should have charged me. To me, this seems ridiculous; you need tools to perform your job, so why charge extra? It felt like she muted me because there was silence for a good minute. Then she repeated her statement about the safety of her technician. I asked to speak to Melissa, as I had dealt with her during the previous job, but Aisha said, "No, I'm the GM, and the fee stays." I canceled my service due to this business taking advantage of local businesses and imposing hidden fees. I hope the owner, Gian Carlo, sees this review and recognizes what is being done to customers.

I moved into my new home about 4 months ago. The house needed a lot of work. I had someone come out last week to clean the fireplaces and get them running. I did not want to run them until that had been done. The previous tenants did not take care of the house and I wanted to make sure everything was safe to use. The other company could not figure out how light the fireplaces and stated that the pilot system was broken. That I needed to call a repair man. I found USA Supreme Services on Yelp and set an appointment. Tom arrived within 30 mins of calling on my appointment day. He saw the fireplace and got to work. Within 4 minutes he said come enjoy your fire. I said what? I was expecting new parts, repair, etc. Nope. He said it was an older unit and he knew how to get it running. I now have a warm living room. I then said well if you can do that then can you look at the other one. The gas knob was stuck inside of the wall and I did not want to break it. He got it turned and boom we have fire! Best money ever spent. Super happy with the service, the timeliness of the appointment and Tom was super personable and friendly.
