They came, fixed it and left. Not even two months later they had to come out again for the same problem. This time it was fixed right and I didn't have a problem until eight or nine months later when it started to make a grinding noise. It will not spin now. I know there was a 30 day guarantee repair or replacement. I wish it had been replaced. Anywho, I went there again today and I'm told these machines (Samsung specifically) are only good to last a year! Why would they sell me a peice of crap for almost $300 that's only going to last for a year?! I am so pissed right now! You're better off buying a new washer, one that'll last many years to follow. Jus sayin!

The day comes for our service appointment and no one shows up. I called Rains and was told they rejected the work order the same day it came in. When I asked why no one bothered to call us Bryan got upset. I then asked how long until they could get to us and was told a month. Continued to get the run around. Bryan hung up on me not once, but twice. Come to find out I was told that due to the fact the appliances weren't purchased from them they didn't make us a priority. The house is a new build and we had no say in where the appliances came from. Very very rude customer service

They tried to reach me to pay with a different one, but couldn't because I was in meetings. They went ahead and made the bouquet and delivered it with no guarantee of payment, because they wanted to make sure my niece got her gift. Places like this are such a blessing!

The guy I bought it from said it…read morewould work fine, there was a 30 day warranty, the only thing not covered under the warranty was the water for the ice maker. It made ice, but leaked water so all the ice became one sheet in the tray. No big deal. The real problem came at the end of June. It quit working. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold, and the freezer was just freezing everything on the bottom shelf and everything else was in the freezer was defrosting. We paid them $95 to come out and fix it. The maintenance guy they sent out said that a drain was clogged and it had frozen, so he put a heater on the bag to defrost it. It worked good for about 4 weeks and then the same thing happened again. So I called them back and said, hey it's not working again, same problem. They sent a different guy out and all I saw him do was take apart the freezer and chip the ice off and put it back together. It worked good for almost 3 weeks. Same problem. Called them up and said it wasn't working, again SAME problem. Well they wanted to charge me another $95. Total BS. I wouldn't have to keep calling them up every few weeks if they would;ve just fixed it right the first time. Between original purchase, repair calls, and lost food it ended up costing me around 1000 for a used fridge that didn't work. The 3rd time, the woman that answered the phone was just a b****. I told her I shouldn't have to pay for them to come out and repair the fridge because they haven't repaired it right the first time that I payed for it, they're just doing quick fixes to hurry up and get out. My husband talked to one of the guys that works there, and he said they would send someone out, and would call us back. Well it's been over a week and they have not called back, which is fine because we just had a $1400 Kenmore from Sears delivered today. I would not recommend purchasing from here or asking to have repairs from them. We kept hearing that this was the place to go because of how great they are, but this was not a great experience. Apparently "They have really gone downhill" from what my husband's coworkers recently told him.
