The ladies really go out of their way to help you if you need it, or they will simply offer their assistance if you prefer to browse the racks. I love the jeans they carry. The always seem to have a good selection of mens, women's, and girls jeans. They carry rock revival, miss me , and it jeans. (that I buy, anyway) They also started to carry TOM's shoes recently. They have great special events dresses, or simpler items such as shoes, jewelry, handbags, leggings, cami's, belts, scarves.... the list goes on and on.... I guess you could call this place a gift shoppe. (That's how it is advertised)…read more But it feels more like a mini department store (minus appliances and that kind of stuff). There is everything from lotions, to Alaska clothing, to puzzles and toys. There are fuzzy and comfy looking socks. They have lip balm and magnets, soaps and all sorts of coffee cups. There are cute signs, snarky signs, and everything in between. I even saw a mini zen garden. (I may go back for that soon, so I'm not telling you it's cozy location). It dawned upon me today that this is where I need to go when I need a gift, but I'm not sure what to get. It doesn't seem to matter the age of the person. There is something for everyone. The space is bigger than the humble entrance leads you to believe. It is clean, organized and well put together. There aren't multiple sellers curating the collection, which means someone has excellent taste. Plan at least 15-20 minutes to give it a thorough walk around!

We also bought another carboy 5 gallon jug for $25 LOCALLY. Well they bought out my last review, the date stamp is missing but everyone else's is there... So it's been 6+ years and wanted to review the store again. It still sucks. It's still over priced. All proceeds go to their church and NOT the community. I was hopeful, truly that they and turned their stuff around. But nope. There are things they think are high price items, $48 for a carboy when we just got one locally for $20. Identical! But because they looked on eBay and Shopify or what ever they think they can over price it. Still shady. Bishops Attic and turn a leaf help locals. Not this place. If they truly helped locals their prices wouldn't be so high. They are in it for the money only. So much for "Christian" values. You warship the $. Also sharing my original they had removed.

I visited this store the other day with a friend to shop for a gift. We had been browsing for about…read more30 minutes, and my friend had even used the fitting room, when an employee approached us and informed us that the store has a "no bag policy." This was never mentioned when we entered, and I have honestly never encountered a policy like that before. We were asked to hand over our purses, which were then taken to the front of the store while we continued shopping. When it came time to check out, the cashier asked whether I was paying with credit or debit. After I said credit, I was told I had to show my ID in order to use my credit card. Between having my purse taken and then being asked for identification just to complete my purchase, I felt like I was being treated with suspicion the entire time. It was an incredibly uncomfortable shopping experience. Afterward, I spoke with several people who have shopped at this store multiple times, and they told me they have never been told about or experienced a "no bag policy." If this policy does exist, it should be clearly communicated to every customer upon entering, not enforced after they've already been shopping for half an hour. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I don't plan on returning.
