Admission is $19 for two hours and grip socks are $3.50, if needed. The play area is pretty spacious, ranging from trampolines with obstacles, climbing slides, obstacle course, a swing to jump off, a high beam to swing and jump from, a zip line, a high beam knock down, dodge ball and other areas. Kids are able to jump around and run with space or make new friends to follow for the night. Parents are able to sit in the play area, after signing a waiver, to be closer to their little one. There is plenty of seating throughout. There is also seating below in the food court area of Defy. During the two hours, I went off for a bit to shop while my husband stayed behind. There are plenty of shops to explore especially with all the sales following the holiday season. Since it is an outlet/mall, there is plenty of parking on site. If/when you do visit, park near Scheels close to where you can see H&M from the parking lot. If you enter at this location, go straight and make a left onto the path. Once you pass the fireplace, there is a set of stairs. GO UPSTAIRS. Defy is there. We circled until we asked, signage to locate this place is not great. If you do get hungry there are plenty of places to eat within the outlet and shopping area, both driving and walking - depending on what you fancy. There is also the food court inside Defy, offering ICEE, fountain drinks, nachos, pretzels, pizza slices, popcorn and more. The prices are reasonable considering it's an attraction. We did our waivers and purchased our tickets and socks online, from their website, before visiting. You can also purchase at the counter and complete the waiver at a kiosk or by scanning the QR at the register. We downloaded the ticket to our Apple wallet and presented it at the register.

I love that there is a hight restriction keeps it so it's for younger kids to enjoy. The ladies are always cleaning it up as the kids play. Always is very clean. Has snacks and drinks you you can buy and a little store with toys and stuffed animals. Highly recommend I haven't had any issues here and we've been going for awhile! The front desk ladies are always so sweet and my daughter loves them.

Its location right by the exterior entrance of the mall makes it super easy to get in and out, which I appreciate with two small kids in tow. My 3-year-old and almost-1-year-old both have a great time here. They love the ball pit, slide, dress-up room, and all the imaginative play areas. It really does offer hours of entertainment. The one thing to note--especially for families with younger kids--is that some of the toy sets in the dress up room come with small pieces that could be choking hazards. The pretend makeup items (lipstick, powder brushes, eyeshadow tools, etc.) also naturally invite kids to put them on/close to their faces, which could carry some concern for germs. There's also a balloon room with fans, which is fun but something to keep an eye on, since popped balloons can be a risk for little ones. All that said, we just stay extra attentive in those areas, and my kids still have an absolute blast. It's a fun, creative, and a great space for local families.

I think my experience was better than the first time, and if I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I am feeling generous and going up from 3 stars to 4 stars. Let's start with the negatives. This place is still dirty and still chaotic. When we arrived at 10 am, it was ok. By noon, there were far too many people, and the chaos ensued, once again due to the lack of adequate staffing and/or young employees who don't enforce rules. I am also concerned about the upkeep and quality of the facility. Many areas were closed, and there was padding falling off things. I am very worried about safety being a second thought here. The birthday party experience was pretty good. They had a table set up for us before we arrived, and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out. It's about $120 to reserve a table, and then they charge you per jumper. You can bring your own food or have themprovide food for an extra cost. Being able to bring some nutritious snacks for our son's friends is a huge plus. Overall, the kids had an absolute blast, and for around $230 total for 2 hours of jump time and a dedicated party table, it was a decent value. I think my once-a-year-ish visit will still be the way to go, and maybe it's time to start thinking about visiting some other trampoline parks.

It wasn't busy and the two young girls working greeted us quickly and got us started on some slime making. The experience itself is really cool. It lasts quite awhile and there are tons of steps from texture to aroma to colors. Every step involves some level of decision making so if you have a really little one, like I do, it's definitely best to accompany them through the whole thing. A grade school aged kid could mostly do everything on their own. After choosing some texture, color, smells, and mixing, you can play with your slime for as long as you'd like. Then you can do your mix ins and package it up. The cost is the toughest thing to stomach about this place. It's $25 to make a slime, so for my two kids and taxes, it was nearly $60 to make something that will likely eventually have to be thrown away. The prices on the retail slimes that you could buy and make at home seemed much more reasonable- around $15. I loved this for my kids- but just this once. I think it would have to be a special occasion to come back and do it again. I could see myself picking up a retail slime for a gift. If you don't mind the $25 price tag, this could be a staple experience for you! Still 5 stars in my book.

We were greeted as we walked in. It appeared they were very busy but they helped us pretty quick. The lady explained to us how everything works and what to pick. My kid put on an apron an he started picking out the type of slime and color he wanted. He even got to pick out the scent. After the mixer, he got to add more things in his slime and mix it around himself. He had fun making slime. The slime is a little on the pricey side I thought but, my kid had fun and the people there were very helpful.
