Review for H & P Beauty Studio:…read more I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. Unfortunately, my visit to H & P Beauty Studio was extremely disappointing and damaging--both literally and figuratively. I had a bleach treatment done, and the hairdresser left me under heat for about 25-35 minutes without checking on me even once. When she finally rinsed the bleach out, my hair was severely damaged--so much so that I had to cut off 18 inches. My hair broke from the top of my head, and the condition it was left in was heartbreaking. At the same time, my daughter had an appointment to simply get her hair dyed a darker color. The dye was applied and left to drip down her forehead and all over her ears. The negligence led to chemical burns on her ears and forehead, which is completely unacceptable. Throughout our entire appointment, the hairdresser (Kaitlin Vann) kept taking other clients and barely checked on either of us. There was a clear lack of care and attention, which is extremely concerning when dealing with chemical treatments. I strongly recommend others to be cautious when considering this salon, especially if you're seeking services that require careful handling like bleach or dye. It's up to me when I leave the spa to make right choices. I love how they offer different forms of payment plans. Coretta has always told me before I pay if it's going to cost more if I use a credit card or Cherry pay charges a fee as well. Coretta explains that & it's up to me to chose. Quick background: I just started getting my lashes done for the first time a few months ago. The lash tech I usually see went away on vaca. I am new to this lash game and now learning the rules. Now, let's dive in! I was able to successful book a 2 week refill on their website and paid my deposit. There was no mention that lash techs do not work over other lash tech previous work. IT WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE. Soon after I received a text saying I was not an existing customer and they could not do a refill because I was a new customer. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment and I agreed to cancel it. Since it was not my fault they did not disclose that info on the website and I did not request the appointment to be canceled I asked that my deposit be reimbursed. I was told that my deposit would not be reimbursed because it was non-refundable! WHAT?! After going back in forth the staff admitted and apologized for not disclosing the policy on their site prior to me booking my appointment. I tried to explain that I should have not been able to schedule an appointment on their website to begin with. My argument was that I did not understand how they could not make a refund when you they are making an admission of guilt for lack of information on your business website. I understood the deposit is non-refundable but it should not apply when they mislead clients in thinking they can have a service done. I felt they were making me responsible for their business not having adequate software or disclosure of business policies. Long story short, the charge was never reimbursed but my bank reimbursed my money as a courtesy. I saw the IG page for one of the owners & then I blamed myself for even considering having service here. I think this speaks to the moral & greed of the business.

MSL Facial/ Oral Surgery & Artistic Contours gets a 5+ star rating from me. I had liposuction of the inner thighs and arms. He patiently answered all my questions and he and his staff were always available for all my pre/post operation inquiries. A lot of women have certain things about their bodies that they would like to change but also feel like it may seem silly or frivolous to others. Dr. Banki never once made me feel anything but supported about my decision and just wanted to see me happy/satisfied. He thoroughly explained all my options and made me feel very confident about our treatment plan.
