I got a small refund after fighting for it and was also told I would get a 10 by 10 canvas for a photo of our choosing. The company stopped replying about that. Pretty much you can go with ANY other Photo Booth company and get better service because there's absolutely no reason to go with this company. They can't deliver on anything they promise and for an event like a wedding, I would 200% go with a more trustworthy company. Just fyi the photobooth also broke down for a short time too during the wedding. I so regret choosing them! Danielle, Janine, Lindo, Anna at this company are jokes of employees. Their email also got hacked and I got phishing emails. They knew about it and didn't even bother contacting their clients about it to warn them. Scam of a company.

I must say that one of the things I like most about Snapshot moments is not only the design of the print, but the quality of it as well. Its not cheap photo paper nor something of the level you print out at home. Its serious quality paper like if you were to get something printed at a storefront. Kimson also does an amazing job with designing creative templates. I used him for both my kid's birthday parties this year and of course it was a hit. I think my 4-yr-old is addicted to photobooths now. I've gonna to enough parties and weddings now to know a quality photobooth when I see it. Oh - not to mention that I like the concept of an "open air" booth. Its leaves more space for movement and getting lots of people in.
