I wish I could give this business 0 stars. When we were actively using their service they would…read morejust sometimes not show up or come after our offices were closed and count that as their monthly collection. Then at the end of 2019 they double charged us for service. When I complained, they said they would fix it but they never did. Since I only paid the amount I was supposed to a charge was left open on our account. I contacted them more than half a dozen times and no one ever responded. Then they placed us for collections (for their billing error that was not fixed)! Eventually I explained the situation to the collections agency and they resolved the bad charge. Meanwhile, Iron Mountain stopped collecting our shredding last October, so we signed up with a new company. We asked Iron Mountain to collect their bins from our property and they did. Now suddenly they have started charging us for monthly service again - 8 months after their last pickup! They refuse to reverse the bills or refund their charge to our credit card. And surprise, customer service does not respond to any inquiries. This company is a joke. If you don't want to be overcharged, mischarged and not provided any service then steer clear of Iron Mountain.
